1ST PERSON

It was a boring afternoon,
I was laying down on my bed while scrolling on my socials.
I was in my covers since the morning.
And Popee was here but he spend his time sleeping and I didn't want to disturb him.

I got out and tried to find Kedamono because he was the only one active.

"Hey Kedamono! What are you doing?"

"Oh good afternoon y/n! I was just looking at the mail to see.. a box of a switch...?"
He said confused while bring up a box.

My eyes widened, as if the heavens heard me! I told my friend to go to my house to get my switch that I forgot to pack and it actually came!

"Omg Kedamono, you just made my day! When did this came in the mail?"

"Just a few minutes ago actually"
He said giving me the box.

I chuckled and patted the box.
"Well I have been saving up. Too bad Popee isn't awake. Wanna play super smash bro's?"

"Wait me?! But I don't know how to play!"

"It's easy! I'll tell you the controls."

"You guys have a switch!?"
Popee yelled across the circus.

I finched at his shouting and looked back to see him running towards me.

"I wanna play too!"

"Mm... i might have a old controller that still works... I'll get it!"
I said and rushed to my tent to grab my bag. I knew there will probably be a opportunity where I will play games so I knew bringing my controller was the best option.

I go out of the tent and to my surprise, Popee already turned on the game on the tv that Kedamono always glances at, of course watching alien girls.
I stepped up to the tv and connected the controls together.

I opened it and the characters screen showed up.

"Who do you guys wanna play as—"

"How do you know so much? I mean the game just came in the mail."
Kedamono said as a surprised mask fell off his face.

"Oh! I had one of the older games growing up so I know what to expect, only this one is better. Also this game was at my old house... I had my friend sent it over."
I said smiling.

"Can't believe she didn't get caught by your mother."
Popee said glancing over at me.

I didn't respond but shrugged it off.
I mean my mom practically sees my friend as her own child then me.

"But Anyways what do you guy wanna play as?"
I lighted up.

"Hmm... Zelda... she's pretty."
Popee said clicking on her icon.

I glanced at him and then I had an idea.
"Fine. I'll be link."

Popee looked at me and smirked.

"Are y'all done?"
Kedamono said awkwardly.

"O-oh yea! Um go ahead,
Kedamono."

"Hmm... I'm not familiar with the media... but Luigi seems cool."
Kedamono said clicked over his character.

"Alright! Nice picks, I'll start the game on easy."
I said and got the game started.

.

"WHAT. HOW DO YOU PLAY THIS GAME."
Popee raged.

"Y/n you're good at this game!"

"I know."
I said sarcastically.

"I'll beat you up y/n.
How come you teach Kedamono and not me!"

"I wasn't aware that you didn't know how to play! Here let me go easy and I'll sit in the middle this time."
I said and walked over in between Kedamono and Popee.

I got close to Popee and guided him on the controls.

3RD PERSON POV

Popee was heating up from y/n's face being so close. He still wasn't used to y/n getting all up in his face like that.

"Do you understand now?"
Y/n said looking up at Popee.

"Y-yeah... I understand now."
He said blushing while stretching the back of his neck.

"Great! Ok let's get started!"
Y/n said cheerfully and started to play.

Surprisingly Popee was in first place while y/n and Kedamono where in 2nd and 3rd. Kedamono didn't care since he actually had fun while playing.

"My paws are hard to play with..."
Kedamono said awkwardly chuckling.

"Furry."

"Shut up Popee take a look of yourself."

"Shut up n/n. Let me have my moment to shame Kedamono."
Popee said sarcastically.

"It isn't his fault anyways."

I'm so sorry that this one was shorter then any chapter in this ff- I'll make it up for the next chapter to anybody that wanted a longer chapter 😣
