#LOUIE'S POV:

After those long painful hours on trying to find the lost treasure of CleoQuacktra, we finally came back unsuccessful, turns out some old man with no sense of direction or anything set off a trap that resulted in the artefact being crushed, and yes, I was talking about my Uncle Scrooge. This isn't the first time he's put us into danger head first, and somehow he is never sharp enough to predict the most easily predictable thing ever, the artefact will always be protected with some kind of trap that somehow never hurts anyone else except me, Alas I didn't say anything about it, I thought this would end after the last time we had this discussion, back when I didn't want to adventure so much that if led to a horrific game night and Gyro being shrunk by his own machine.

We all sat on the sofa in McDuck Manor as Uncle Scrooge then gave us a once again boring lecture on how next time we can succeed as long as we keep on trying, which Ofcourse Huey was agreeing with, you know... 'Junior Woodchuck Rule' thing, Dewey and Webby weren't even listening, they were both planning on finding a way to get it back in a cool style, and me? I was falling asleep to be honest, my eyes shut for literally a second then I got hit on the arm by huey, he then looked at me and narrowed his eyebrows. "Louie, I suggest you pay attention to what Uncle Scrooge is saying"
He spoke in an angry tone, I honestly didn't know why he was getting so angry about, but all I did was reply in a groan then look away.
I saw Dewey and Webby look at eachother awkwardly as Huey then began to become more angrier and angrier, but before he could say or do anything, there behold Della Duck, a.k.a my mom.

"Heyyyyy my favourite little adventurers" She smiled then came up behind the sofa, pulling us all into a hug. "So how did mission go? Totally won Eh, Ehhh." She spoke again before winking repeatedly. "No, sorry mom, it was unsuccessful" Dewey frowned slightly,
"But-" He tried to speak again but got interrupted. "Uncle Scrooge said we will succeed next time!" Huey smiled confidently,
"That would be if Louie never set off the trap like he did this time." He nodded and folded his arms, I then turned back to Huey and growled slightly.
"Are you kidding me?!" I paused and stood up.
"I didn't set of that trap! It was our dim Uncle who did that!" But before I could say anything else, I heard gasps coming from every direction around me. Uncle Scrooge stood up walked to me, looked down angrily. "Louie lad, get to yer room, now!" I looked up at him then frowned, before walking off to the stairs, and making my way up to the bedroom, slamming the door as I walked in.

#DELLA'S POV:

That was surprising, Louie doesn't usually snap like that, he usually just keeps everything to himself, it's probably tearing him up keeping it all to himself actually... I looked at Uncle Scrooge and then to the kids.
"Mom- Louie was right though... It was Uncle Scrooge who set off the trap, not him." Dewey replied, then I took a look at Huey.
"Huey, is this true?" I replied, he then looked at me and rubbed the back of his neck nervously.
"Truth is- errr- I uh... I don't know mom. I didn't see anyone do it." He replied.
I then sat beside him and looked at him frowning, "Huey honey... why did you say it was Louie then, you know how low on self esteem he gets when he's on adventures."
"I don't know mom. I guess I was just mad that he wasn't listening to what Uncle Scrooge was saying." He frowned too.
"Alright we'll I'm going to go talk to him," I spoke "and when I'm done I suggest you go apologise to him." I continued, then he nodded.

I stood up then began walking upstairs, I couldn't hear anything so I figured he was asleep or something, when I got to the room I began knocking on the door.
"Louie?!" I shouted in to the room,
"GO AWAY!" He shouted back, I could definitely tell he was annoyed, but I wasn't going to leave him in there feeling like that.
"Louie, please let me in, I'm not going to give you in trouble, I promise, I just want to talk to you." I said, holding one of my hands with my other, it was quiet for a moment, so I sighed then turned around, but before I could start walking away, I heard the door open, I turned around and there he was... I could tell he had been crying- you know when peoples eyes get that way? Well anyways, I could also tell he was trying to hide it. I ran in and wrapped my arms around him. "Louie- I don't blame you." I said, then he looked at me, as I stroked my finger on his cheek. "I know you didn't set off the trap, Dewey told me- and Huey said he was just annoyed at you and that's why he said it was you." I spoke again, Louie then frowned.

#LOUIE'S POV:
I understood what my mom was saying, but I still didn't feel like that was enough to justify his actions, I mean? He got annoyed at me? That's why he said that? It made no sense.
"Mom- I'm sorry." I looked down.
"I shouldn't have snapped at Uncle Scrooge, but... I quit." She looked down at me, "Quit what honey?" She replied, then I sighed and looked back at her. "I quit adventuring, everytime something goes wrong I'm always the one caught in the after effect... and I can't— do it anymore. I'm sorry." I frowned then I felt her stroking my cheek again.
"Honey, that's okay... you don't need to go on adventures if you don't want to."
She nodded, I then looked up at her and smiles slightly, "Thanks mom." I responded, then wrapped my arms around her, bringing her into a tight hug.
