Your ears ring due to the shelf scraping on the ground while you pushed it. The guard didn't seem to mind the noise and went straight to trying to open the door.

The door opened with just a little elbow grease. The man smiled and held the door open for you.

"Ladies first." He flashes a mischievous grin and motions inside.

You wander in and look around. The guard switches his flashlight on and sways it around the room.

You follow the beam and grin like a child. Everything looked exactly the same as the last time you were there.

"I wonder if the lights still work." The guard wonders out loud, interrupting your thoughts.

"Where would the switch even be?" You added.

The man nodded at your note and pointed his flashlight at the employees only hall.

"I'm betting that way."
You nodded and followed him over to the hall.

"So..." you said, "What's your name?"
The man's eyes surveyed the hall.

"Dave Miller." He glanced at you.

"I'm [Y/N], [L/N]. Nice to meet you." One wrong word and he might call the police on you.

The man slowed and checked a door. From what you could see it was a cluttered office. The man let the door creak open as he looked for a switch. His face brightened as he found what he was looking for. He stepped in the room for a moment and suddenly the lights flickered on. You spun around and admired the main room.

You felt like Alice in Wonderland. The checkered ground had a heavy layer of dust, minus some new footprints. The walls were still filled with children's pictures and chipping paint. The man chuckles behind you at your excitement.

"Feel like a kid yet?" The man grins.

You look at him and realize he looks different than you thought he did.

He was very unconventionally attractive. He had an asymmetrical jawline, a small sharp nose, and a chipped canine tooth that made it look sharp. He very obviously didn't get much sleep but the bags under his eyes only added to the look. He was extremely skinny and his clothes were too big for him, Like he lost weight. The uniform's gray color complemented his skin. All of his odd features put together made him look charming.

"Like what you see?" The man chuckled, noticing you kept looking him up and down.

"O-oh I d-didn't even notice I-" Your face reddens as you realize that you just stood staring at him for a full minute.

"It's alright. I don't mind." He jokingly poses like he's in a magazine. You smile and turn away to explore.

'That was embarrassing.' You thought as you looked up at the animatronics.

'The chicken and the fox were the twins' favorites, right?'

You smiled at the bunny, it was the one that looked to be never smiling. Dave stands by you and follows your gaze to the stage. He smiles and looks down at something. You look over at him as he crouches down and pulls at something.

A small door opens into the stage and he crawls into it. Your eyes widen in surprise and he motions for you to join him. You get onto one knee and look inside.

It was a control room?

"Come in." he nods his head towards a table of buttons. You slowly crawl into the tight space. He presses a few buttons and some monitors above the buttons flicker on.
