Jake's pov

Me and Devon were going on a walk around just talking and holding hands. I see a story that looks cool and say "Ooo can we go to that store please" Devon looks at we're I am pointing "of course we can" he says.

We walk over there actually it is more like Devon is trying to keep up with me. I get to the store before him and start looking around till I hear "hey pretty boy" coming from behind me but I ignore it. "Pretty boy~" I hear again this time it is closer to me.

I turn around this time and see a boy that looks to be a few years older than me looking at me. "Ah so you did hear me" he says walking closer to me. I hear the door of the store open and look at the door to see Devon.

I quickly go to the next row and rush to the door we're Devon is the guy still following me. I get to Devon and go behind him "aww pretty boy why are you running from me" the guy says after I get behind Devon.

"Why are you calling my boyfriend pretty boy" Devon says in the most monotone voice every it kind of scared me. "Awww I'm pretty sure he would want someone like me then a twig like you" the guy says to Devon.

Devon's pov

"Awww I'm pretty sure he would want someone like me then a twig like you" when he said that I lost my cool and grabbed him by the ear and said " I'm sure this 'twig' could beat you ass so please let go out side and finish this shall we" I feel the dude shake a little.

"Ya l-let's go outside I-I'll beat your ass" the guy says with a "tough" voice. We walk outside Jake looks at me with a worried face I just smile at him.

Th dude tried to punch me I grab his fist and punch him in the face then kick his side making him fall down. He goes to stand up and I kick him in the stomach making him fall to the ground again. I bend down and say "Next time don't call my boyfriend pretty boy are anything close to that got it"

"Y-yes I g-get it" "good" I say back to the person on the floor and walk back to Jake. "Let's go home" I say he just nods and we walk back home.

Me and Jake are cuddling on my bed and I ask "do you think I am to overprotective?" Jake giggles and says "I mean depending on what you did to that dude I think you are capable to keep me safe" I smile at his response and kiss his forehead "I love you Jake" I say "I love you too Devon" he says back.
