CHAPTER TWO

I chased the red haired guy while Hana was taking Ryouta - with the help of her friends, of course, to the clinic. The red headed boy walked normally yet fast, somehow avoiding me.

"Did you think that almost killing your own teammate makes you the greatest person on earth, Seijuro?" I asked him, making him stopped his step. He rose his chin up, I can feel his smirk although his back was still facing me. The wind blowed so strong which made his jacket almost flew from his shoulders.

"You have no right to call my first name" He hissed.

"I won't stop calling you Seijuro unless you'll take your responsibility about this mess you've made!" I shouted, making my voice echoed along the corridor.

"You're such a rebel, Kohana." He muttered. He even call me with my first name!

"I liked it" He added, before he continue his steps, leaving me shocked.

Again.

...

I entered the clinic to look for Ryouta. He looked pale, there was a bandage on his neck, the part where Akashi cut with his scissors. He was staring on the ceilings, God knows what's on his mind.

Seeing Ryouta sick is the worst thing I've ever had. He is the closest cousin - person, I've ever had. I even consider him as my own brother. He is indeed, anoyying, but he's always there for me. Mom and dad are always busy with their company. I'm staying at my apartment alone - well with some maids too, but they always eschewed theirselves from me.

"Hey" I walked towards Ryouta. He smiled softly as a response, still looking at the ceiling.

"How was it? Almost got killed by Akashi inside the school cafeteria? That sounds interesting" I tried to joke, but my voice betrayed me. Now I'm feeling like a maudlin girl.

"Eeh, you're cyring instead of making lame jokes, Tsumicchi" Ryouta joked back, but his face was worried, but he couldn't turn his head towards me.

"I'm not crying, Ryouta!" I denied.

"You're a tsundere, Tsumicchi"

"I am not!" He smiled and we both laughed how childish we were.

"You know, you've ruined Hana's birthday because of this incident. She doesn't even care about her birthday anymore" I could see that his eyes were full of guilt.

"I know" He whispered softly, loud enough for me to hear.

The bell rang as the sign of the fourth period. Ryouta let out a sigh, and said "I'm sorry, Tsumicchi. Now I'm involving you in my dramatic problem. You probably should go, you might get scold by sensei"

"No, I've told Hana to tell sensei that I won't be able to join the class, I'll just accompany you here until you recover" I smiled at him, convincing him.

"Tch, Tsumicchi. I'm okay right now, okay? Can't you see how great am I right now? I - ouucchh" he growl in pain as he tried to get up from the clinic's bed.

I laughed and shook my head, making him muttered "rebel"

...

I went inside my apartment, throwing my body against the red sofa. Today's a tiring day, indeed. I couldn't spent the day with the birthday girl, adding Ryouta's problem between him and Akashi.

"You're such a rebel, Kohana"

"I liked it"

What's with Akashi? I whispered myself.
