Karl x Chris oneshots

Surprise Job pt.2

Chris's pov
Okay it's the next morning. Karl usually wakes up at 8:30am so I had to tell Jimmy and everybody to come at 8:00am. Me and Jimmy already told everybody the plan. So I got a text from Jimmy that they are here. I got up quietly and went downstairs and opened the door everybody came in and we talked about the plan. We are all hanging out until Karl gets up. The thing is me and Karl was supposed to spend the day together before I left. But I'm not leaving instead for going to college to get a job. I get to work with all my friends and my boyfriend. We heard foot steps coming down the stairs and we were just playing video games. When Karl came down and he saw everyone he looked confused. So then he pulled me into the kitchen and shut the door. Now this is where I'm going to start feeling bad.

"What are they doing here?" Karl asked with a light tired morning voice. "Hanging out." Chris said blunt. "I thought we were supposed to hang out today." Karl says. "There my friends your not the only person in my life Jesus stop acting like a kid." Chris says rudely. "Oh I'm sorry." Karl says sadly. Chris feels bad inside but doesn't show it. Chris goes back to the couch and starts playing with everyone. Karl sits next to Chris on the couch. A few minutes later Karl tries to hold Chris's hand but Chris just pushes his hand away. Karl gets up and goes upstairs.

"Damn Chris harsh." Chandler says.  "I had to." Chris responds. "Just three more hours until your supposed to leave apparently." Jimmy says looking at his phone. "Ugh this is hell." Chris says leaning back. "Plus you called him a kid." Nolan says. "I know-" Chris says a bit until he heard foot steps coming downstairs. They shut up and are watching Netflix now. But what's worse it's Karl's and Chris's favorite show they were supposed to finish together before Chris leaves.

"What are you guys watching." Karl says sitting down in a chair. "Outer Banks." Jimmy replies. "Oh." Karl says looking sad. "Why what's wrong?" Nolan asks
"I guess it's not important right now so never mind." Karl says. Everybody looks at each other and Chris feels bad inside because they were supposed to finish that season before Chris was supposed to leave.

Chris does this all day until he was supposed to leave. Karl spent most the day crying cause of Chris. Jimmy and everybody helps Chris get his empty suitcase. They are at the door.

"I'm going to miss you guys." Chris says. "We're going to miss you too." Jimmy says giving Chris a hug. "Chris hugs everyone else except Karl. "Hey Karl are you okay?" Chandler asks. "Just leave me alone." Chris says pushing Chandler's hand of his shoulder and runs upstairs. "Okay I think it's time." Jimmy says. "Yeah let's go." Chris says. They all walk upstairs quietly and go into Karl's room.

"What are you still doing here?" Karl asks with a tear going down his cheek. "Well actually I have a job." Chris says walking closer to Karl. "Okay so?" Karl says stepping back. "No you don't understand Jimmy hired me so I can stay here with you." Chris says. Karl looks confused. "Huh?" Karl says. "Oh my god I'm working for Jimmy now so I can be with you every day now." Chris says. "Wait really." Karl says. "Yes really i didn't want to leave you." Chris says hugging Karl. Karl hugging back. "Wait Jimmy are you serious?" Karl asks Jimmy. "Yes anything just to keep you happy right now after everything that has happened." Jimmy says smiling. "Thank you." Karl says hugging Jimmy. Jimmy also hugging back.

"I love you dork." Chris says kissing Karl.

"I love you too." Karl says smiling
