8. Escaping

I tried to follow the voice. I had no other choice, It was this or let myself killed in a place like that. Obviously, I wasn't going to let that happen. I walked around and finally came face to a door. I sticked my ear to the door and closed my eyes. The voices were coming from here.

" Come on. We're getting you out of here"  I heard someone say.

I heard someone else too but it looked like some groaning. Was it a monster?  I don't want to be crazy but if things like magic and flying castle exists there was no way monsters couldn't too.  I tried to concentrate again to hear better but I could only hear screams.

-Should I try to knock for help- I thought for a second. Maybe they will help me. I didn't want to be killed in a place like this.. But wait, what if they were also bad people? Or worse? I hesitated for a bit.. But come on! I was literally kidnapped! What could be worse? 

So I knocked to the door, well, more like punched it.

" HUM-- HEYYY!! IS THERE SOMEONE THERE!?!? I CAN USE SOME HELP HERE!! PLEASE!!" I screamed as loud as I can.

I kept on screaming and asking for help eventhough no one was coming. My hands hurted. My voice too. What was I even doing? Knocking like a mad person, no one was coming...

 It lasted for a few minutes before someone appeared behind me..

" Who are you? " a strange girl said.

She was wearing some sort of purple armor with an helmet on her head. She also had this weird thing on her hand, something like a.. huge stick? Moreover, she looked quite young, I would say around her 15-16. What was she doing here? 

" I'm y/n, y/n l/n and you?" I asked.

" I'm claire."

" Why are you here and how did you even manage to be here?" she said with a confused face

" It's really hard to explain, believe me.. But I was kidnapped by this... 'thing' who stalked me for 3 whole years..and.. and I really need your help to get me out of here... Please!!" 

"How- No wait. We don't have time for this, I have to move fast.." she said beaten.

What was she talking about? "Move fast"? Was she in trouble?

" If you want me to get you out of here you have to listen to everything I say, is that clear?"  

She added looking at me with a serious face. I nodded. If she was able to help me, I would do anything it takes. This place was making me insane. He was making me insane.

 I had to go before he comes back.

" Okey, go in there."

Did she also lose her mind? She wanted me to go there? In this weird dark void? There was no way-

" Come on! It's not dangerous, I swear!" she hastily said.

I have no choice. This or end up the rest of my life here. I closed my eyes and jumped in this weird a$$ portal.

My eyes were still closed for a moment but the instant I opened it, I couldn't believe it. 

I was back outside. Magic was really useful.

I scanned my surrounding and it seems like I've end up in some sort of  shop...

" Huh-- Who's that guys?" I heard someone behind me say.

I turned around just to see a little boy with 2 monsters like creatures around him and...and.. Nari?
