***Brooklyn's POV***

"Brooklyn I..I love you." Hayes says. I freeze. I don't know what to say. Do I love him? I just met him. I don't know. He's so sweet and caring and I really really like him but I don't know yet.

I don't know why but I just run. I run away. I run and I don't even know where I'm going and I can't see because I'm crying so much. I don't know why I did that. I don't know my feelings for him.

I call jack.

"Hello?" He answers.

"Jack can you come pick me up at...the...park." I say between breaths.

"Babe what's wrong?" He asks me.

"I want you to..pick..me up."

"Alright relax I'll be right there." He says.

A couple minutes later him and jack pull up.

Jack then drives to this random open field. He has a truck so me him and Johnson go in the back of it.

"So what happened?" Jack asks.

"Well I had a fantastic night. dinner was great and I got to get to know hayes and I really like him. Like I really like him. but then we went to the park and..he-"

"I swear if he fucking hurt you." Jack interrupts.

"No Jack he didn't hurt me. He told me..he told me he loved me." I say and they look at each other.

"And..? That's why you're crying?" Johnson asks.

"Yes jack I got so nervous! I don't know what to do this never happened before!" I say.

"Ohhhh yeah. Well do you like him?" He asks.

"Yes I really do!" I say.

"Alright baby calm down." My brother says and rubs my back.

"I feel really bad I ran away." I say and put my head in my hands.

"Baby look at me." My brother says and I do.

"Tell him how you really feel." He says and hands me my phone.

"Okay.." I say and take a deep breath. On the second ring he answers.

"ARE YOU OKAY?" he asks nervously.

"Yes Hayes I'm fine, meet me in the park again?"

"Yeah sure." He says and we hang up.

They drive me back and I see hayes on the swing.

"Hey." I say going up to him.

"Hi." He smiles.

"Wanna go for a walk?" He asks.

"Yeah sure." I say and we walk back on the trail.

We get to the lake and I speak.

"Look Hayes I'm sorry."

"Don't be sorry B, it's my fault I told you I loved you and it was all so soon and I'm sorry." He says and I shut him up by kissing him.

"Lets just give it time." I say.

"Okay." He smiles and we walk back and just be weird. We share a lot of laughs before the night is over.

"Thank you so much for dinner and for everything. I'm so sorry again." I say.

"It's okay, princess." He smiles and I like melt.

"I'll see you later." I smile and he kisses my cheek.

"Bye." He smiles and we walk to our cars, which are next to each other.
