Karl, snapnap, bad, skeppy, Dream, and George where all sitting in dreams fairly large living room playing truth or dare, waiting for the count down to start, they had about 30 minutes before it was officially 2022! Everyone here was together other then Dream and George, only because of their lack of realization on each-others feelings, but little did George know Dream was planning on making a move tonight....

"No snapnap im not kissing Dream!"

"You chose dare!" Snapnap yelled a huge smile plastered on his face with pier ambition to get the two together.

"On come on Georgie" Dream whispered puckering his lips out making kissing noises, to joke around with the brunette.

"Ugh your an idiot no, anything else" George said rolling his eyes giggling at the little action the blonde had made, George was to nervous to kiss Dream, not that he didn't want to. He's been dreaming about kissing those lips since the day they met up.

"On the cheek then!" Karl squealed holding onto snapnaps arm giggling as well.

"No, not that either.."

"Don't force him guys, here hold dreams hand until it gets back to you." Bad said smiling pointing to their hands.

"Dream is tha-" George's thoughts where cut off at the feeling of large, cold, soft hands in his own letting their fingers intertwine naturally, brushing his thumb past dreams knuckles, finally looking up making eye contact, both boys eyes full of love and hunger.

"Yes it's okay, now go ahead and ask snapnap, he gets payback"

"Bet"

They ended up playing truth or dare 20 minutes longer, yet instead of Dream and George letting go of each others hands when it came back to them they kept their hands interlocked, not bothered at all.

"GUYS GUYS 10 SECONDS!!!" Skeppy yelled pulling bad closer cuddling up into the boy in his arms, karl and snapnap doing the same as everyone stood in front of the tv waiting for count down, Dream and George waiting on the couch for the timer till 2022.

"5!"

Dreams POV:

"5!" Everyone yelled in sync, I looked over to the boy next to me smiling as the time slowly got lower, everyone had a New Years kiss but me and George... so I had an idea...

"4!"

I look back at everyone who was jumping around in excitement, back to George who was already looking at me.

'You know you like him Clay, and you know it just do it, it's the perfect cover up... everyone will be busy kissing each other...you can finally kiss him..' the positive thoughts rushing threw my head as George and me made eye contact, he looked so happy to just think of possibly kissing my crush, ON NEW YEARS!

Not to long till my fantasies came rushing away, rushing with negative ones 'but what if he doesn't like it?! What if he doesn't feel the same way... don't screw your friendship up Clay....'

"3!"

'Come on you got this' i thought to myself scooting closer to George, hesitantly snaking my arm around George's waist like a hug, in which he had leaned into..

"2!"

Slowly leaning closer, I noticed George was getting closer to my face as well as I leaned in further breath against each other's lips...maybe he did want to kiss me?..

George's POV:

"3!"

I look over to Clay who was already looking at me, how ironic... till I noticed him getting significantly closer... 'OH HOLY SHIT HES GOING TO KISS ME, I-I MEAN I WANT TO TO... just lean in George..' I thought to myself quickly leaning in as well.

"2!"

As we got closer I got closer I could feel dreams breath against my face, lips brushing against each others, I slowly tilted my head to angle myself perfectly with dreams lips.. god they looked so much better up close...

I knew I had liked him for a while, but it never fully hit me till now. I was in love. In love with my best friend, That I'm about to kiss on new FUCKING years.

No ones POV

It felt like time had stopped... everything around the two was silent, the only thing they where focused on where each other, lips slowly moving in sync, a soft passionate kiss being shared.. as the confetti cannons the others popped had been falling around the two, it was the most euphoric thing, everything was perfect.. it was like something in a movie.

Dream moved his hand to the back of George's neck pulling him in closer, chests colliding as George moved his arms around dreams neck pulling closer to his 'friend', eyes where sealed shut enjoying each others soft lips against their own.

Dream pulled away for a breath inches from George's lips still touching whilst he spoke quietly.

"Was that okay?" Dream asked voice soft and reassuring lips brushing against George's, dream asking George for consent made him smile, he was truly in love..

"It was perfect, all though I'm not sure if I'm done" and with that George pulling him back in, this time softer and slowly savoring the taste of each others lips.

"KARL LOOK!"

"WHAT THE HONK?! OKAY!!!"

"YESSS AHAHAHA YES I KNEW IT" quackity yelled screaming whilst laughing and clapping making everyone look to Dream and George, who where still making out, not a care in the world.

Finally the two pulled away pushing their foreheads together looking into each others eyes lovingly

"I love you clay."

"I- I love you to George." Dream said with a smile, giving George a small peck on his lips.

"I think we both want what we are thinking right now" George whispered only for Dream to hear

"I think so" Dream whispered back with a giggle kissing George's lips once more.

"So want to tell us when the wedding is?" Bad added making everyone burst into laughter
