Lisa and Jennie both crawled in bed exhausted. Gathering most of their friends in one room is both chaotic and fun. They got used to getting teased by the end of the night. They both felt the happiness and sincerity of their friends on congratulating them getting married.
Jennie sighed as she got settled on her new favourite spot - at the crook of Lisa's neck ad shoulders. "That went well."
"It did. As expected." Lisa chuckled wrapping her arms on her wife's slender figure. "My schedule next week got moved. I have the weekend free. If I remember correctly yours is too. Wanna go somewhere nice? A quiet private beach for example?." Lisa said staring at the ceiling like she's viewing thousands of stars scattered on it. She shouldn't be nervous inviting her wife to go somewhere - she's her wife for christ sake - but she is nervous. They haven't exactly spent time with just the two of them outside this room. Which is sad.
"Where should we go?" Jennie hummed. Contented on where she is. She feels safe and relaxed by Lisa's side.
"I googled and found this beach house in Jeju. It's private, or as private as it can be." Lisa said her hand mindlessly playing with Jennie's hair.
"Okay." Is all Jennie said as she planted tiny kissed along Lisa's jawline, her hands tracing circles on Lisa's taut stomach.
"Okay." Lisa repeated. She angled herself and meet Jennie's lips with her own. They shared light kissed until Lisa broke it and kissed Jennie's forehead. "Sleep Nini, I know you're more tired than you let on."
"Uhuhh" Jennie settled and got comfortable. "Good night Lili, love you."
"Sweet dreams Nini, love you too." They both closed their eyes and immediately fell asleep.

Lisa woke up alone. Jennie must've gone to work by now. Lisa got up and went to the toilet to brush her teeth and make herself look as human as her early morning self can. She walked towards the kitchen.
"Hubby! Hurry up! Or I'm gonna leave you behind." Lisa heard her wife shouting. At least someone is awake enough to shout this early Lisa chuckled to herself.
"Good morning!" Lisa announced as she come into view. She saw Chaeyoung scrambling towards the exit, her bag haphazardly worn, her phone on her hand and a half eaten pancake hanging on her mouth. Chaeyoung waved goodbye and was gone running like her life depends on it.
Lisa sat down and picked up a pancake with her hands. Her hands got smacked and she dropped the pancake as she clutch her hands on her chest. "Ouch! Whyyy!!??"
"Utensils. Use them." Jisoo said waving a fork towards Lisa, her ever present smirk plastered on her beautiful face.
"Okay. Okay." Lisa said hands up in surrender. "Geez."
"You're up early. Dressed as well. Going somewhere?" Lisa asked as she lather her pancake in honey.
"Table read. Hopefully it goes well." Jisoo picked up her plate and deposited it on the sink. "Are you going somewhere?" Jisoo asked.
"No. Got today off." Lisa took a big bite on her pancake dripping with honey. "I got a date with the couch and the TV."
"Clean up, okay?" Jisoo nodded and picked up her bag. She walked towards the door and waved goodbye.
"Ne... Good luck!"

Jennie opened the door to their apartment and found Lisa sitting on the floor staring at the television while clutching her shirt towards her face.
Lisa turned when she heard the door of their apartment closed. Her red rimmed eyes stared at her wife who just got home from work. "Nini.." Lisa sniffled.
Jisoo entered their apartment and saw Jennie. "Mandu, you just got home too?" Jisoo looked at Lisa sniffling on the floor and looked towards the television. It doesn't take a while to put two and two together. Jisoo spent a lot of time dealing with post binged watching Lisa to know what is happening.
Jennie turned to Jisoo and nod. She turned back towards her wife whose still looking at her with her tear stained eyes. She heard Jisoo's room open and they're still locked looking at each other. Jennie is lost and still figuring out what is happening but she have an inkling on what it is, she's just not sure how to handle it.
"You're not gonna leave me for your ex right? Or.. or.. someone new." Lisa asked still staring at her.
"What? What the hell are you talking about Lili?" Jennie asked in disbelief, completely lost on what is happening. She haven't seen any of her exes since she and Lisa got together so she doesn't know why Lisa would asked that.
Jennie looked up and saw Jisoo walked out of her room straight towards her wife. She heard before she saw what happened. Jisoo whacked her wife's head with a toy hammer. The same toy hammer they got as a souvenir from one of their vacations. Jisoo bought it cause she had fun smacking them with it. The squeaking sound is just a bonus.
"Are you stupid?" Jisoo asked with one of her brows raised.
"Whyy!!??" Lisa patted her head where Jisoo hit her. Jisoo started to raise her hand to hit Lisa again. "No. No." Lisa quickly said hand waving infront of her. Jisoo's hand still continue to rise. "I mean. Yes. Yes. Don't hit me."
"You and your dumb dramas." Jisoo put down her hand and looked at Jennie. "You sure you still want this idiot?" Jisoo points at Lisa with the toy hammer.
"Well, I'm stuck with that idiot now. I have no other choice. Should I file for divorce?" Jennie seriously answered.
Lisa looked at her wife with puppy dog eyes, with her lips pouting, pleading. "Nini.."
Jennie ignored her pouting wife. She handed Jisoo the chicken she bought and Jisoo handed her the toy hammer. Jisoo silently went to the kitchen and prepare their dinner. Teasing her wife is fun.
Jennie spun around to her still pouting wife hammer in hand. "Now, Lili.. care to explain?"
"I.." Lisa stuttered. "I love you." Lisa formed a heart with her hands and winked at Jennie.
Jennie gently hit Lisa with the toy hammer as she sat on her lap. Jennie wrapped her arms around Lisa's neck and came face to face with her wife. "You're an idiot. But, you're my idiot. So, what the hell was that?"
"I watched a movie. They we're both happy but they were really busy and rarely saw each other because of work. One of them worked with one of their exes and had an affair and then.. and then.. they broke up." Lisa haphazardly explained.
"Ahh.." Jennie understood. They're both busy and what they have is still new. But still, her wife really needs to stop watching these stupid dramas. "Idiot." Now that she's staring at her closely. Jennie can't help but smile at Lisa. Her eyes are red, her nose are red too. Her hair is a mess. But, despite all of that. It's shameless to say but her wife is still beautiful. A beautiful idiot.
"I know. I know." Lisa said still pouting.
"Cute." Jennie moved forward and kissed her pouting wife. "Sucks for you babe you're gonna be stuck with me for a long time. Ex or no Ex. New or old. Doesn't matter. Okay?"
"Okay." Lisa said. Jennie lightly bonked Lisa's head one last time just because she can.
