Why is he here? The Alexander Knight!
‘Come in Hally!’ The thick voice of Al with British assent come out hard! Damn! He sure is angry!
“Yaa…”
I and Tina went in and stand opposite sides of both of them…
‘Tina, you can go back!’ Al said without looking at her! This gonna be so hard for him later I am sure! Even if Al is boss but Tina doesn’t like it if someone treats her like this! Not even her crush/our boss!
'I am not going anywhere Al! I am staying with Hally! And I hope Mr. Knight won’t have a problem with that… right?' See I told you! She is pissed off! Al is dead today!
‘It's ok Lion! Please take a sit both of you’ That old man said in a soft voice… hmmm… now I am suspicious! What does he want?
‘Take a seat both of you!’ Al said like we didn’t hear the first time!
You heard but still, you didn’t sit!
We both sit on the opposite sides of them…
“Al… What’s going on?” I said with a lower voice… Just because of that old man! I am not comfortable with an unknown person so...
‘Look Hally… you need to listen to it carefully… please do not interfere… so the thing is
Mr. Knight Wants you…'
I was going to cut it out but he stopped me…
‘Not like that! Listen first ok? He wants to go with him and live with him…' He looks doubtful 🧐
“He wants to adopt me?” That’s the only thing that came to my mind!
‘No… but ya he wants you to be his family… it’s complicated!’
Ok now, this is so confusing! I looked at Tina but she has the same experience as mine!
‘May I?’ Mr. Knight asked politely to Al while looking at me…
‘Sure!’ Al smiled while saying that!
‘Ok, so the thing is… I know you but you don’t remember me! Al told me what had happened… so I want you to live with me at my house! You can do whatever you want! You will have respect which you won't get here! I will be your guardian! You can call me grandpa if you want. Your all expenses will be handled by me! In exchange, I don’t want anything! Just… ' He stopped and looked at Al?
Just? Just what?!
‘Continue Mr. Knight!’ Al said like he knows what he gonna say next!
‘Just hide your past like you are from here and from 15yrs to till now whatever you did! You have to leave everything behind! You can’t meet any of them!’
“What? No?! I can’t!" This is bullshit! I mean I want to study and live a normal life like others! But Tina is like my family! And why is he even doing this? I will surely ask this all to Al later!
‘You have to if you want to come with me?’ He is looking like he is trouble! You old man!
‘Then I don’t want to! I never asked you to help me!’ Now, this is enough! Who asks him to do this huh! I never did!
‘Hally! Sorry, Mr. Knight! She is like a baby that’s why… I will talk with her later please don’t…' Tina was saying this to that old man but he cut it out!
‘It's ok! I can understand! I will wait! You talk with her and Lion, call me when you get the answer! Then I am going to take my leave! I hope you know what to do Lion! And don’t make me regret waiting that won’t be good for you!’ He said that with a smile! The hell! How can he threats him!
“Hey! Mmmm…” Before I say anything Tina put his hand on my mouth and said sorry to that old man who left with the scary look but it changed when he saw me and got soft? What’s going on!
Tina remove her hand and looked at me…
‘I told you to behave! What if you said something and he got angry! Do you have any idea what will he do with our club!?’ She is so angry that made me tear up!
“You are so mean!” I try to control my tears but they didn’t stop! Stupid crybaby!
‘Cris! Why do you have to make it so difficult! Now make her stop!’ Al being big mean said in loud voice and anyone can tell he is the very end of getting exploded!
And that made me cry harder! I mean he only behaves like that only one time in front of me when I… let it be!
Tina try her best to make me stop than at the end she hugged me and said sorry and that make me calm down… even if I came here in my worse situation but they only behave like this a few times of course when I get on their nerve but not all the time so ya I am spoiled kid 😅 !
‘Now will you listen to what’s going on right now? And without interruption!?’ Al asked me while looking into some files…
“Ok!” I mean what would I say right?
‘OK, so the thing is… Mr. Knight wants to help you! Look Bella… your future here is not good at all! Of course, you are safe here in my watch but I am not gonna hare all the time! This is a club and you know how rich people come here and some are so powerful that if they saw you and didn’t get you… we will be in big trouble! So it’s safe for you to go with him! Mr. Knight is a man of the word and powerfull man! And he wants you to have a normal life! So think carefully! He won’t let anything happens to you! He will give you whatever you want! You will be like a princess Bella!' Still, without looking at me he signs some papers and at last looked at me!
If he is calling me Bella that’s mean it’s so serious! He only called me that when I don’t listen to him or something serious is going on!
“But then why doesn’t he adopt me? And what is with that condition? I want to meet you! You both are like my family! And… I don't want to leave 😔how can I trust him, Al? What if he sells me or does worse things with me? No! I can’t!” I have trust issues but you can’t blame me! When I came here I never put my guard down but after 2 to 3 months I can because of Tina! But that old man is a different case!
‘You trust me right Bella? Then listen to me! It’s for you! And I can guarantee your safety! I and Tina are always here for you Bella! Even if we can’t meet I have my people who can watch you so think about it ok? He would never do anything that can hurt you I can promise you that! Now, will you think about it?’ I can see he is trouble and I don't want to be that reason!
“Ok, I will!” I said at last! “But I am not sure if I want to go with him, Al! But still, I will think about it…”
‘You have time till Tuesday Hally! Mr. Knight is not a patient man! So please think carefully!’ Al said while lighting his cigar and signing us to go out… I was waiting for Tina but the way she is sitting right now I don’t think she is in any mood of leaving! So I left and before I go to my room I saw that old man again who is talking with Stefan our bartender! Why is he still here? When I saw he was going to approach me I ran to my room and close it before he come!
That was so close! I don’t know what to think right now so I am going to do the best thing I can do that is go to sleep!
So I got freshen up and lay on the bed and tried to sleep!
