A/N:SO- Let's start off with some angst bc I'm in that mood rn :] THERE WILL ALSO BE SPOILERS DON'T READ THIS IF YOU HAVENT FINISHED THE ANIME (If you mind spoilers)

'It's been a year since Ash got stabbed' Eiji thought sadly. Like Ash he now carried a gun around and could now fire at anyone he had to except if they were his friends of course. He was currently staying at Yut-lung's mansion because Sing managed to convince him to let Eiji stay there some how. But today was rather special. Because today is Ash's 19th birthday. 

Eiji opened the gate to the mansion as he was heading home from his visit to Ash. When two shot's were fired. Both into Eiji's stomach. Eiji fell to the ground as Sing came running outside. "FUCK- EI WAKE UP" Sing yelled to the unconscious black haired boy on the ground. "YUT-LUNG CALL A FUCKING AMBULENCE" Sing yelled at the 18 year old inside. An ambulance came rushing to the scene. About an hour later Sing was pacing around inside the hospital. "Oh my god how could this happen?!" Sing yelled at him self trying to figure out who could've shot him. "Sing calm down" Max said trying to keep himself together. "HOW CAN I MAX?! I CAN'T I FUCKING CAN'T HE'S LIKE MY BIG BROTHER AND ASH IS GONNA KILL ME" Sing yelled. Everyone fell silent. 

"Is anyone here for Ash Lynx?" Asked a female nurse. "Us" Called Max. "Ah well will one of you please follow me?" She asked. "I'll go you guys stay and check on Eiji" Said Sing walking towards the lady.  "Well I have very good news! Ash Lynx is now awake and you may go and visit him! Just don't say to much of what has happened over the past year or he might go in shock and go unconscious again" The nurse said with a smile on her face. "T-thank you" Sing said starting to walk towards Ash's room.

 "Hey Sing" Ash said looking out the window. "Where's Eiji?" He asked. "Eiji is at the house" Sing lied. "Don't lie to me Sing I know when you do" Ash said looking at Sing with a now deadly face. "I- Fine. Just take time to process what I'm going to say because it might make you go in shock and you'll pass out again" Sing reasoned. "WHAT?! WHY HAPPENDED?!" Ash yelled now wanting to see his lover. "Ash calm down you're going to pass out again if you keep doing this!" Sing told him Ash attempted to calm down but he couldn't. He just couldn't. He knew that something had happened to Eiji and wanted to get revenge on the fucker's that hurt him. 

"Look are you calm now?" Sing asked trying to reassure himself that Ash wasn't gonna pass out again. "I'm as calm as I can be. Anxious but calm" Ash said truthfully because he knew that Sing wouldn't tell him otherwise. "Look- Eiji is in the hospital" Sing sighed "What? why?" Ash asked trying to remain calm and not lash out as he had just woken up. "He was..." Sing started but it looked like he couldn't finish the sentence no matter what. "He was what Sing... Please I just wanna know how Eiji is" Ash pleaded tears threatening to fall. He knew that Eiji was now in the hospital and he wanted to go visit him no matter what. 

"Eiji was shot two times in the stomach coming home from when he visited you. We don't know who did it and Yut-Lung is working on finding out who it was" Sing explained with pain in his voice. "Where is he..?" Ash asked his brain still thinking about who it could've been. "In the ER. The doctors are still removing the bullets... Ash.. They said he was in a critical condition.. I don't know what to do..." Sing said starting to cry "Happy 19th birthday man.. I'll give you sometime alone to think about what I just told you"  He said leaving the room. "This is the worst fucking birthday of my life" He said to the room tears streaming down his face. 

(A week later)

"Is anyone here for Eiji Okumura?" A male doctor asked. "He is now awake but we don't know for how long" He said as soon as everyone ran up to him.  Ash was discharged a few days ago as he threatened all the doctors that they would die if they didn't let him go. "I think there is enough time for one person to visit" He said with sorrow in his voice. Everyone agreed to let Ash go as he was the one that hadn't see Eiji in a year and they wanted Eiji's last words to be for him. "Follow me please sir" The doctor said leading Ash to Eiji's room. "You have about 15 to 20 minutes" He said finally before leaving the two alone. 

"Hi Ash" Eiji said smiling his brightest smile. "Eiji.. Don't go.. Don't leave me! please.. I need you in my life! What happened to taking me to Japan a-and spending the rest of our lives there?!" Ash sobbed "Ash... I have one wish for you to live out. Please.. When I die-" Eiji started but Ash cut him off. "DON'T SAY SHIT LIKE THAT EIJI YOU ARE GOING TO LIVE" Ash yelled. "When I die.. I want you to move on and live a happy life. You can go to Japan with Ibe-san and life a happy life there" Eiji finished. "No.. Eiji I can't live without you! You're the one person that keep's me going everyday" Ash said sitting down on Eiji's bed "You said you would never leave me..!" He whispered clear enough for Eiji to hear. "I'm sorry Ash.. But it looks like it's my time to go" Eiji said with a sweet voice.

"Just remember.. My soul is always with you"
