A/N hey guys so before we get into this I thought I should give you all a summery of where Richard has been and what he was doing before we kick things off with The Falcon And The Winter Soldier.
Richard had never really had a family since his older sister died when he was 5 and his mother lost the battle with cancer when he was 9. After his mom passed Richard's dad was distant at best they never really talked and he only did the bare minimum for his son. Once any of his teachers or other school staff learned of the state of his home life it became clear why Richard had been picking fights at school for as long as they could remember him. It never seemed to matter how many times he lost a fight or how much bigger some of the other kids were compared to him Richard kept fighting.
Shortly after Richard turned 18 the first snap happened and half the universe, including his father, blipped out of existence so It came as no surprise to anyone who knew him that Richard when he found himself in an underground fight ring. For the first few months he lost every fight he was given but no matter how bad the beating he took Richard never quit and kept coming back fight after fight until he eventually started winning fights. It was a slow and painful road but a year into the cage fights Richard was winning almost every fight he got him noticed by gangs and crime lords. Eventually taking one of them up on their offer to get him out of New York and travel the globe for higher tier fights, Richard found himself in Madripoor where he had gained a reputation for being able to take a beating but still win every fight. After one fight in particular his ,let's say 'manager', injected him with a syringe and claimed it would "help your muscles relax and help you heal up quicker before your next fight."
He would later learn that the syringe contained a new version of the super soldier serum but that wouldn't be for about a year when he was back in New York for another fight. This fight in particular would end up changing his life forever as none other than Ronin crashed it and started tearing through the present gangs and crime lords. Richard however ignored the chaos going on around him continuing to focus his attention on his opponent in the cage until a thug was thrown through the locked cage door opening it and Richard started fighting his way through the crowd and chaos. Richard eventually fought his way to a man pointing a gun at Ronin, ready to take the shot but before he could Richard acted on instinct and kicked the gun out of the man's hand as he pulled the trigger causing the bullet to whiz past Ronin's head, who then quickly turned around to see the gun go flying into another thugs head knocking them out as Richard quickly beat down the thug who tried to shoot Ronin.
After the fighting and chaos had stopped Ronin gave a slight nod to Richard then disappeared into the night leaving him the only survivor of the fight that had ensued at the illegal fight club. As the police showed up to find Richard surrounded by the aftermath of the fight, Natasha Romanoff or the Black Widow was with them and she took Richard away to try to get as much information as she could out of him on the Ronin. It was after a blood test she had conducted on him that Richard learned he was a super soldier. And after a talk with Captain America, Black Widow had decided to take Richard in and train him, with the Help of Steve of course, to learn to control his enhanced abilities for good and help people instead of the pointless fights he had been in for years now. Then when he was finally ready, which didn't take long considering who was training him and his past, Steve and Natasha gave Richard a suit and sent him out into the world as Timber Wolf tasked with dismantling the underground fight ring he used to be a part of. A couple years later he was called back to the Avengers Facility, which he would visit periodically, as the Avengers were getting back together with a plan to bring everyone who disappeared in the snap back.

A/N this is Richards costume for now at least. it will change later but for now this is it.
I will not be going into the events of Endgame as they are not important to this story but just know that Richard was there and if you guys request it enough I may consider going back and writing Richards perspective of those events if you really want me to.
