Tre's pov

It's been a while since Nova left and I was getting kind of worried.

I know what I said was fucked up, but I don't want to risk my career or her education. Plus she's too young. I'm 24 and she's 17.

After about 10 more minutes I decided to ring her.

"C'mon Nova pick up!" I yelled in frustration after calling her about 3 times.

Fuck it i'm going to look for her. I grabbed my keys threw in a coat and left.

Before driving off I decided to call Mike. Mike is also a friend of mine and Billie's but he's not around as much since he's got a kid and wife.

"Hey could you guys help me?" I asked when they answered.

"With what?" Mike spoke.

"My friend left the house to go on a walk after a little uh thing happened and she's been gone for almost two hours and she won't answer her phone and it's worrying me." i choked back tears.

"Yeah sure man, i'm at Billie's place anyways." Mike said.

"Let us know when your here." Billie spoke up.

"Alright thanks a lot you guys." I felt tears spill from my eyes.

"No problem bud. See ya'." we hung up.

I drove off to get Billie and Mike.

I pulled up as a nervous wreck dialing Mike's number again.

"Yeah?" Mike spoke.

"I-I'm here." i stuttered.

"Alright we're coming." He hung up.

They both got in the car. Billie in the back, Mike in the front by me.

"T-thanks for coming." I started driving again.

"So who even is this lady." Mike gave me a look.

"A friend." I can't let them know she's a student who's living with me.

"I saw her at his house actually! He looked at her like she was more then a friend." Billie piped up.

"Billie, fuck up. She's just a friend, nothing more." If only she was mo- fuck no, shes a student.

"Yeah yeah, thats what I said about 80 before we got together." Billie laughed.

"Oh piss off." I flipped him off.

"Tré!" Mike screamed making me jump.

"Fucking hell Mike what?!" I stopped the car.

"Who's that?!" he point to a girl and some dude fighting. And I mean the dude was hitting her.

"Fuck!" I ran over to the man and woman.

"Hey dude!" I shoved the dude. He was presentably drunk.

"Back off kid!" he got in my face.

I looked over at the girl to see who it was.

Nova.

"YOU MOTHER FUCKER." I tackled the dude and punched him.

"Tré s-stop!" Nova pulled me off the man.

"No! He was hitting you?! Who even is this asshole?!" I spat.

"M-my d-dad." her fucking dad?!

"Oh thats it bitch!" I got back on his and punched him some more til he was out cold and then I got back up.
