"Why do you even sell candy bars that don't have nuts in them?" I asked Wally
"Cause some people don't like nuts and some people are allergic," Wally says
"Some people are tragic"
"What's up Wally?" Says the voice that I know as Blair's boyfriend Bryce Walker.
"What's up?" Wally greets
I turn and notice him behind me and no Blair around in sight.
"So I see you went for nuts again"
"That's how you talk to a lady, Wally?" Bryce comes up to the counter next to me placing down some beers.
"I got the candy your parents own baker drugs, right? But you buy candy here? He asks
"Uh, better selection and fewer moms counting my calorie intake," I say
He smirks at me.
"Here you go"
He grabs the bags and he squeezes my butt.
"Did you just..?" I say in shock
"Oh, no, I didn't mean... it's just it's real tight. The store, it's tight in the store. I don't usually listen to sophomore gossip, but, um.. for what it's worth that list got it right." Bryce says
Walking away like nothing happened
Wait into I tell Blair even if I have the guts to tell her. She's going to believe whatever lies Bryce will tell her. I know she wouldn't believe me.
For I will just keep this to myself.
I left that store in tears.
"It seems like nothing until the hurricane hits. Because when you put my name on that list, you put a target on my... well, it wasn't just my ass. You made it open season on Hannah Baker."

After listening to Hannah's tape about what the list did to her and what Bryce did to her at that liquor store named the blue spot.
I made my way inside the store.
"Hi, are you Wally?"
"No. Wally's off."
