Growl

Chapter 22

"How do you know?" Scott said.
"It just came into my head i saw them. Stood outside Derek's house with an Alpha, micheal and a pack."
"We need a plan." Stiles said.
"Okay so....we tell Kate to meet us outside the house. Then what?" Scott asked.
"They will be expecting us on foot, jasmine and Jacskon could go in the trees?" Lydia said.
"She's attacked from the trees before they will expect it." Derek said.
"How about Jackson and Jasmine get on the roof? Allison and Lydia go underneath the porch, we cut them holes to see and shoot from and the rest of us come on foot?" Stiles said.
"Perfect. We tell them to meet us there at 8, get there early, make sure we have the upper hand?" Derek said. The group nodded and set out on planning their attack.

That friday.

"I want to tell you guys something." Jasmine said as they all prepared weapons as the sun set. "No matter what happens were getting out of this. We're going to be hurt and scratched but we can do this. I'm willing to die for every single one of you. Even erica." Erica smiled and jasmine did too.
"We can do this. We can come out the other side and know that we have fought the best and won." Jasmien said and looked around the room. These 8 people have changed her life and she loved every single one of them.
"Let's fight." Derek said in a deep voice, wolfed up.

Jasmine and Jackson were ready on the roof.
"DoSn't turn all the way okay? Stay calm and keep control." Jasmine said. He looked down into her eyes and smiled.
"Thank you." He said and hugged her.
"Thank you too." She said hugging back.
"I hope everyone makes it." Jackson said holding onto her hand.
"I know we will." Jasmine replied.
Little did she know that she was very wrong.

"Well hello aren't you boys looking lovely and handsome." Kate strolled over to the 4 boys Isaac, Derek, Scott and Boyd, ignoring Ericas presence.
"Now down to the dirty. What little tricks you got up your sleeve? That thing. That girl in the trees again? We will take care of that." Kate said as her men shot hundreds of simultaneous bullets into the green tree. Jasmines voice came into Derek's mind.
'Play along' She said. Derek tensed his jaw and clenched his fists, giving off his best worried expression, the other four wolves caught on and followed his lead.
"Well it's nice to see your little plans failed. There's some friends of mine I would like you to meet." From the darkness came four figures. One was Micheal, the boy from school. The second, Hannah and the third was a tall, broad shouldered boy with dark hair.
The fourth.
An alpha. Big, lean, mean.

Jasmines lips parted. She held back the tears that threatened to spill over.
"I killed him. The alpha he killed my mum but I killed him." She whispered.
"Stay strong." Jackson said and rubbed her shoulder protectively.

Down on the ground a new figure walked into the group. Peter Hale.
"I heard that there was a little battle going on?" He said with a smile.he waited for no answer before he said, "I'm fighting with the true winners." And walked right over to Derek.
"Ready to rock?" He said. He snarled baring teeth. A perfect initiation to the battle. The other wolves followed his actions and started the chaos.
Derek and Peter Immediatkey sprant for the Alpha. Taking him on as well as they could. Stiles, Lydia and Allison began to fire arrows at their opponents. Boyd and Isaac went for the tall boy, Scott ran for Micheal and Erica and hannah took each other on. Kate stood back at let the chaos unfold with her other fellow hunters.
"Ready?" Jasmine asked Jackson before leaping from the top of the building straight onto one of the guards, slashing the back of his neck and letting him collapse to the floor.
"Well hello!" Another hunter said and aimed an arrow for Jasmines back but she was too fast. She span round and sliced the back of his neck also, he then fell to the floor. Jackson attacked the other two and Kate took step backwards.
Hannah was down on the ground with an arrow from her stomach and cuts all over. Dead.
Micheal was in a similar state. Also dead from arrows all over his body. The tall boy was pinned down while Boyd ruthlessly attacked.
"Ahhh Jasmine." The alpha said with a smile. Throwing off both Peter and Derek. The strongest of them all.
For now at least.
"How do you know her." Derek said standing up.
"I made her what she is. Inflicted the wounds that turned her into this magical little creature and killed her mother." He said strolling closer to her.
"Come on. Get angry. Show them what you are." He said walking around her. The battle around them stopped as they watched.
Jasmines eyes turned a blood red, not the cool blue they usually were.
She chanelled into his thoughts. His heart beating fast.
'So weak' she heard him think. 'Incapable little bitch i at least wanted a fight'
"I'll give you a fight. I'm not weak I've killed you once I'll happily do it again." She stuck her claws deep into his stomach and let out a loud growl as she threw him back into Derek's house. A loud thud sounding as he hit the staircase. Without another word she bound into the building on all fours and closed the door behind her. Derek tied Kate to a tree as a series of loud bangs and growls echoed. The other wolf was also tied to a tree. Allison, Lydia and Stiles came out from under the house and moved around the dead bodies and over to Scott. He held his arm protectively around Allison. Lydia curled up in Jacksons arms as they all anticipated who would come out of the building alive.
But none of them could have guessed what happened next.
A loud roar caused wveryone there to cover their ears to the best of their ability. They could even hear car sirens going off in the distance. A large burst of fire shot up from the roof of the house and out came flying a single body.
An alpha down.
A man.
Jasmine opened the door to the house. Bleeding and dirty.
But alive.
What happened next was a blur.
Derek ran towards her but before he could get far he was struck down. Four claws were dug deep into his stomach. He screamed in pain, his eyes turning as red as the blood that was leaking from his wounds. Allison ran over aiming her arrow at the wolf but he caught her off guard. He slammed her into the ground with enough force to break every bone in his body.
Let alone Allisons.
He pushed his claws into her stomach and ran into the night. Boyd chasing him away.
The rest of the group ran round them. The two bodies laying on the ground. Everything fell silent.
"I love you." Scott whispered. Tears streaming fast down his face.
"I'm going to make it." Allison said nodding. "I will. I'm not letting go." She whispered.

Chris bound through the woods and stopped when he saw what was going on.
"Move!" He yelled and ran over to his daughter, holding her close. He picked her up.
"Goodbye." She whispered as her dad ran off to the car with his bleeding daughter in his arms.
"Where's Derek?" Jasmine said shaking from the doorway. Still not having moved. The group looked at the spot where his body was.
"Derek?!" She yelled.
No answer.
"Derek?!" She yelled crying. She collapsed onto the floor of his wooden porch. His house burning as it had once before.
The alpha was gone
But
Allison was gone.
Derek was gone.

Was it worth it?
