Chapter 14

"you dead" she said simply.

"and you really think that's gonna happen" he laughed slightly with a smirk. It was a smirk that wasn't familiar to me.

"oh im su...." Kate began but gunshots were heard from outside and the sound of a body hitting the floor.

"go look" Kate said to one of the men who were stood holding a gun. He walked outside and more gunshots were heard.

"no one else go out and close the door" Kate said. Two men walked over and one of them was pulled out of the door and the other soon followed. Two ran over and pulled the doors fully closed locking the door.

"make sure nothing gets in" Kate yelled and the men nodded.

"as I was saying im pretty sure you will protect your precious little pack right Derek?" Kate scoweled. A loud gunshot cracked through the empty warehouse and created a hole in the wall.

We all looked to see the man laying on the floor. I looked up and saw jazz sitting on a pipe with her legs dangling down. The ceiling was high and dark so she wasn't obvious at all. She waved and winked and I smiled but tried to hide it. There was now only one man and Kate left in the room with us.

"what the hell is happening?!" stiles yelled and a manly scream was heard. We all tried to turn in our seats and saw that the man was laying on the floor. An arrow shot through the air and landed in the wall directly next to kates head. She looked over at us and walked back further into the warehouse. Jazz landed lightly on get feet next to Derek and he sighed.

"I thought I asked you to wait for me in the car" he said trying to hide his smile.

"im not the waiting in the car kind of girlfriend" she said and kissed his lips softly. She too was wearing all black, black jeans, black vest, black leather jacket and black pumps. Her hair was in a ponytail and she looked comfy and cute.

"when the fuck did you get here?!" stiles yelled still confused.

"I think I deserve a thanks for not getting you all killed" she said looking at us with her eyes a deep shade of red.

"thank you" we all chorused. She giggled and walked over and cut the rope on stiles with her claws.

"can you rip steal by any chance?" I laughed.

"yeah" she said as Jackson stood up.

"how?" I said and she leaned down separating the two loops.

"very very strong" she smiled.

"dont you feel the pain though? Your hands are all cut" I said as I stood up and her hands began to heel.

"I dont really feel pain to be honest.....only if its really bad" she said as she also took the chains from Isaac Boyd and erica.

"since when were you and Derek you and Derek?" Jackson said confused.

"little while" she giggled and turned away from us. Her body jumped back slightly and her sholders slouched down slightly.

"jazz?!" Derek said, his voice was creaky and he was holding his stomach as if it hurt. Her hand dropped to her side and in it was a long silver arrow tipped with a shiny purple coating that was all around it.

"jazz is that Kanima blood?!" Derek said his voice now shaking. She dropped the arrow and turned around. A whole was ripped in her top above her hip and blood stained it.

"yes" she whispered weak, her voice crackling as she held a hand on the gushing wound.

"oh my god" Allison gasped as I turned to face her. "Kanima blood is harmless to touch but if it gets into the wound of a Kanima it...." she said with tears falling.

"it what Alli?" I whispered.

"stops the healing process. Compleatly" she said sadly.

"how deep is it jazz?" Derek whispered. He pulled up the back of her shirt and a small red bump was forming on her back from where the arrow tried to pierce the skin inside out. No vital organs were hit or she wouldn't be here right now.

"no" Derek said sadly shaking his head as he pulled up the front. There was a large bloody wound. Jazz pulled her top down and looked up at Derek. She kissed his lips and he rested their foreheads together as sparkling tears fell from his eyes.

"shhhh" she whispered and a tear fell. "don't cry I need you to be strong for me" she said and he sobbed harder. "Derek I have to go" she whispered looking up at him and he shook his head.

"no" he said and held his arms around her.

"yes Derek you know I do ok?" she whispered and walked over to stiles. He hugged her tightly with tears falling from his eyes.

"be safe" he whispered. She nodded and smiled. She hugged me and I kissed her head. We all said bye and she gently kissed dereks cheek and walked to the door.

"Derek" she said weakly. He looked at her with pain in his eyes.

"i love you too" she said before dissaprearing into the night.

Derek turned to face us all with tears streaming down his cheeks. "can someone give me a hug please?" he said. Allison walked over and he balled his eyes out into her sholder.

"I've never seen him cry this much" stiles whispered.

"I've never seen him cry" I whispered and he nodded.

"come on let's get you home and we can eat some ice cream and watch some movies ok?" she said putting hrf hand on his back and leading him to the car.

"im scared. She's not coming back is she?" stiles said.

"I dont think so" I said as I looked down seeing the long trail of blood on the floor.
