When the Sum is 41

Hello, McCaslin! Welcome To The Fold.

- Steve and Fall arrived at the bar, 20 minutes before practice.-

Deryck:
"What took you two so long?"

Fall:
"Go ahead and ask him."

- Steve sat there stuffing a whole chocolate bar in his mouth.-

Stevo:
"Needed food."

Dave:
"Oh, you two made it."

Fall:
"Sure did."

Dave:
"We have about maybe 18 minutes roughly to practice."

Fall:
"Forget practice. Who are those fellas?"

- A band was playing on a stage that was set up for this bar.-

Deryck:
"They go by Second Opinion I think."

Dave:
"Just some kids from school."

Fall:
"They're not bad."

- Deryck got distracted by some beer and walked off.-

Dave:
"I know a couple of people on that stage."

Fall:
"I don't know any of them."

Stevo:
"I know them all."

Fall:
"Oh really? Tell me who each one is."

Stevo:
"That one's name is singer, that one is idk and that one is stupid and the o-"

Fall:
"I get it."

- Sum 41's bassist, Twitch, walked in.-

Twitch:
"Hey, guys."

Dave:
"Sup."

Twitch:
"Just getting here."

- Dave and Twitch got stuck in a conversation as "Second Opinion" walked off stage.-

Fall:
"Stevo check this out. They're coming off of the stage."

Stevo:
"Yeah, and? We're gonna do that too."

Fall:
"Hold on I want a closer look at these guys."

- Fall snuck off to get a closer look at the band that was coming off stage. One by one she saw each member walk right by her. The bassist was carrying an ice cream cone and it fell on
her jacket.-

Fall:
"Well.."

Cone:
"Oh sh- I'm sorry."

Fall:
"It's okay."

- The bassist fella looked around quickly and grabbed a napkin. He then proceeded to wipe the ice cream off of Fall's jacket.-

Fall:
"Hey, I uh. I could do that myself."

Cone:
"No, it's alright I got it."

Stevo:
"Pssst. Deryck, check this out."

Deryck:
"What?"

Stevo:
"Looks like Fally has a boyfriend."

Deryck:
"She chose Cone? She has no taste."

Stevo:
"Cone? Isn't that Jason from math class?"

Deryck:
"I call him Cone because he eats ice cream cones."

Stevo:
"Oh, he's that kid."

Deryck:
"Yeah."

- Stevo walks over to Fall and this Cone fella.-

Cone:
"There. No more ice cream."

Fall:
"You didn't have to do that."

Cone:
"It's fine."

Stevo:
"So who's this? Your boyfriend?"

Fall:
"What."

Cone:
"I'm not her boyfriend I was cleaning a mess I made."

Stevo:
"On her jacket?"

Cone:
"Yeah."

Stevo:
"I'm telling Dave about this."

- While laughing his ass off, Stevo runs off to tell everyone.-

Fall:
"Jesus Christ. Sorry about that."

Cone:
"It's fine."

Fall:
"Who are you anyway?"

Cone:
"My name is Jason."

Fall:
"You're that Cone fella that Deryck mentioned to me a few months ago, aren't you?"

Cone:
"Yeah, that's me."

Fall:
"Well, it's nice to meet you. I'm Fall."

Cone:
"It is nice to meet you. I have to get going."

Fall:
"Good luck with your band."

Cone:
"Thanks."

- Cone walked off.-

Dave:
"Steve said you got a boyfriend."

Fall:
"He's wrong. I didn't."

Dave:
"Who were you talking to anyway?"

Fall:
"Some guy from that band."

- Before anything else could be said, someone loudly yelled that Sum 41 was to go on stage right away.-

Fall:
"Oh, there we go."

Deryck:
"Let's go, slowpokes."
