the team continued their training for the nationals, johnny focused on attack and defense, jaehyun practiced killer serve, taeyong is trying to improve his quick attacks, and the others focused on their own forte such us recieving, blocking, and, serving.
"everyone!" joy suddenly interupted.
they gathered to where joy was.
"we will have a practice match with smu later at 3 pm, it's currently 2 pm so please rest a bit before the match, they'll arrive maybe in 30 minutes from now" joy announced.
"alright! a practice match!" mark celebrated.
"let's go! smu!" haechan yelled.
"i'm fired up!" jeno shouted.
"don't get too cocky, smu is not an easy oponent" jaehyun said.
"where's ten?" johnny asked, and everyone looked at him "what? i need water" johnny scoffed.
"he's currently having a test, i'll go get our water" taeyong volunteered.
"let me help" jaehyun offered.
"o-okay.." taeyong blushed.
"get water, jaehyun, be quick, i'm thirsty" johnny coldly said.
the two walked out of the gym to get water, and the others started to rest while waiting for them.
johnny went to the locker room to change his jersey, he took off his wet one and threw it at the back not knowing that...
"what the fuck?!"
johnny turned around to see who it was, and he saw a small human being glaring at him while holding his wet jersey.
"ten.." johnny said, holding his laugh "i'm sorry i didn't notice you came in"
"i hate you" ten said, then threw johnny back his jersey.
"hate? but why are you staring at my body?" johnny cockily asked.
"i-i'm not!!" ten snapped then looked away to find his locker.
johnny just chuckled. he finally got changed and was about to go out when he saw ten, topless.
"sexy" johnny whispered, but ten heard it.
"h-hey! get out!" ten snapped once again while his face is as red as a tomato.
"oh, now you're shy, but you kissed me last night" johnny teased.
"john-"
"okay, okay, i'll get out, don't be mad now baby, we have a practice match later, use your energy to cheer for me" johnny said.
"i'm not your baby! get out!" ten yelled. johnny just laughed at his cuteness.
"everyone! smu has arrived!" the coach announced.
nctu gathered up to greet the said team.
"hi, welcome to nctu, pleasure to meet you" johnny said.
"hello, it's a pleasure to have a practice match with the best team in the district" chanyeol, smu's team captain.
"ten, can you get extra towels?" joy asked.
"okay" ten said, then he went to the supply room to get the towels, once he got back he put the towels on the opponent's bench.
"hi there, pretty boy" one player from smu greeted him.
"me?" ten asked.
"yes, you, what's your name? i'm sehun" the taller male introduced himself.
"t-ten.." ten said.
"cute name, wanna have a coffee after the match?" sehun asked.
"u-uhmm.. i-"
"back off"
ten looked up to see who it was.
"john-"
ten was cut off when johnny grabbed him by his wrist to get back to their bench.
"it hurts.." ten whinced.
"sorry, ten" johnny said, then kissed the younger's wrist.
ten was taken aback by the taller's action.
"make sure to shout only my name" johnny said then went inside the court.
"what the..." ten whispered to himself.
*whisle blow*
the match started with johnny on the service line.
he tossed the ball as high as he can, then jumped at the right timing, smashing the ball as much power as he could.
