exam day.
the day that's very important, yet, nerve'wracking, for the volleyball team, it's either the whole team goes to the nationals or some of them will be staying.
we'll find out.
it was early in the morning, students are busy checking notes, reading books, memorizing, and making sure they have pens.
ten is walking through the school hallways with that situation, being a smart student, exam is just normal to ten, but for the first time he's worried, not for himself but for the volleyball team, he's been with them for a short period of time but he already built bond with them, he can really see their passion in playing, and it would break his heart if one of the team stays because of failed exam.
ten was about to enter his classroom when suddenly someone grabbed his hand, he was shocked but then calmed when he saw that it was only johnny.
"ten" the older said.
"what can i help you? you surprised me" ten asked as he chuckled.
"can you hug me? for motivation?" johnny said, making ten blush, the younger hesitantly nodded his head, johnny plastered a wide smile and then he gave the smaller a tight hug.
the both of them looked at each other after the hug, one is blushing red, and one is smiling from ear to ear.
"thank you, now im sure i'll pass the exam!" johnny happily said, making the younger snort.
"goodluck, now go to your room and review, fighting!" the older got more motivated because of how cute ten said those words.
"i'll never disappoint you, i'll do my best... see you later!" johnny said, slowly walking away still with a smile on his face and waving his hands.
ten just watched him in awe as he also waves his hands to the older. onve johnny is gone, he went inside the classroom and found taeyong looking at him with a smirk.
"what?" ten asked.
"i wonder if you taught johnny mathematics or love" taeyong teased.
"what are you talking about?" ten said between his chuckles, but taeyong saw how his face turned bright pink.
after a few hours of hell. the exam is finally over.
the team is now gathered up ij the gymnasium for the announcing of who passed, and who stays.
"okay everyone, are you ready?" ghe coach asked, the team responded "YES" in unison.
"here are the passers for the nationals" joy started. "wait, may i ask you something first? can you say that you did your best in taking the exam?" she asked.
"yes! we all worked so hard, we studied night and day, day and night, this is very important to all of us" jaemin responded. joy just nods.
"well, i can say that too, because you all passed!" joy happily announced.
the gym then filled up with yelling, shouting, and loud noises as the team celebrates.
"ten! i passed! thank you very much!" johnny said to ten then he hugged the smaller.
"im so proud of you i could kiss you!" ten accidentally said aloud. everyone in the gym stopped celebrating and looked at ten.
ten covered his mouth with his palm.
"wha-" said, taeyong.
"i mean, i deserve a reward?" johnny teased.
"fine, just on the cheek" ten said, defeated, he then tip toed to reach the taller's face before planting a peck on johnny's cheek.
"tEn?!?!?!?" taeyong yelled and everyone just laughed at him.
