Christmas, the day that families gather to celebrate, to laugh, to smile, to share presents and on and on... . but for Alex it was nothing but sad memories. His first real Christmas was with his buddies in the military 2019, They had a small party not more the 15 people. He remembered all of them laughing and having a great time but sadly 10 of them died the following days and the rest well...... turned to ash. He was sitting at his chair watching the weather on his laptop which was on his desk. East Coast and East South Central were warm and sunny as always which made him grow jealous because it freezing cold and worse, it was snowing. While seeing the news he got a call from the Colonel and without hesitation he answered it.

Colonel: Mary Christmas Alex!

Alex: Mary Christmas to you sir.

Colonel: my God kid you did done good, The break in play was good idea, The Storm-bears think that it was work of burglars and they have taken the kid. Nataliya is really in a bad place, she called her daughter first and told her that burglars had broken into the house and they taken some expensive things along with Stan. Luckily for her Dasha was coming back from her mission and had told her to call the police but Nataliya to what had happened before she left for the bar. So at the end it worked in our favor because the police aren't involved but Dasha is talking to some of her people to get Stan back.

Alex: ha good luck with that!

Colonel: yeah. Stan is in New York right now with his grandfather. Oh I almost forgot, he had sent a present for you, I think it's somewhere in your room, check under your bed. And I'll talk with you later, our schedule has kinda changed. The case information is at 9am sharp, I'll tell you more about Nataliya tomorrow.

Alex: understood sir, Mary Christmas.

Colonel: and Mary Christmas to you too!

The cell ended and Alex stared back at his laptop only to see him self lonely. For a second he wanted to cry but he stopped cause he didn't have anything to cry for. His mom and sister abandoned him, his best friends in the army were dead and he was separating kids from their families. The only person that was important to him, his dad died when he was a kid, He remembered what his dad had said before he passed away. "it doesn't matter how much the world kicks you down. don't cry, Get up and fight back. even if everything is against you". He listened to his dad words and took a deep breath and let it out and got up from his chair and went towards his bed to check his present and as the Colonel had said, it was under his bed. He pulled out a tall but thin case that had a letter in it. Alex took the letter and read it."Thanks son, You granted an old man's wish. I hope that this gift makes you happy. Gold Eagle."

Alex put the letter down and opened the case, He was beyond happy.
