Time Skip
It has been four months since Layla was in the hospital. Layla is going to an Italian preschool in her neighbourhood. Maya asked Carina to be her girlfriend two months after the incident. They are still a couple and Layla still doesn't like Carina because she is scared Carina is going to take her mommy from her and break her mommy 's heart but Carina has been nothing but nice to Layla and she knows Layla doesn't like her but she didn't tell Maya because she doesn't want Layla to hate her more and get in trouble from her mom. Carina loves her like her own but is heartbroken because Layla hates her but she wants to have a relationship and is hopeful than one day it will come.
