"Princess Y/N Something Terrible Has happened to her Majesty's Lady in waiting Laura!!"

Blythe ran Towards The princess who was Reading in the library interrupting her quite time.
"What has happened to Her Majesty's lady in waiting?" asked the princess curiously as she closed the book she was currently reading,
"well I was In The garden Looking for Her Highness as You requested me to And When I got there His majesty was there And He looked furious with the runaway slave in his arms as she cried and he gave orders to His guards to lock Laura up for three days!"
"did You figure out as to why she was incarcerated?".
"Yeah, Yeah" Blythe said cheerfully, Not because Laura Was locked up, But because She enjoyed having people listen to her, and Having Princess Y/N's complete attention on her rather than Reading Books all day made her very happy,
"well I asked The lady's who were there as to why Laura got locked away and they told me she called The Runaway slave a filthy wench but it was well deserved Because she acted as if her Majesty was her friend even going as far as to grasping Her dress"
Blythe was out of breath when she finished
"Blythe Choose your words carefully I don't Want you to End Up like Laura And It appears to me like His majesty Is being foolish by locking away a Lady in waiting for such a little blunder".
"You're so right Princess I think That punishment was unnecessary". Blythe said Crossing her arms in front of her and complaining that his His majesty Shouldn't have been so Harsh on Laura over a Runaway slave
"Blythe why don't We pay her majesty and Laura a visit once her punishment is over?".
Blythe paused in the middle of Her sentence and gazed at the princess "that would be lovely princess!"
I'll Go and Prepare you a dress!!" The princess watched as her lady in waiting dashed out of the library leaving her To finish reading The book that laid on her lap.

Y/N POV:
after Blythe left the library, I continued reading my book, it was once again tranquil, but I became tired of it and left the library for the garden. I sat On the grass But As I sat down a shadow loomed over me, I looked up to see a man staring down at me. But that was short-lived as He got down On one knee and brought my hand up to his lips as he kissed My hand. I was a little nervous because i'd never been kissed on my hand before. Previously, with the exception of the emperor who made me uneasy.

I cocked my Head to the side, perplexed
" oh Hello there? Is there anything I can do to assist you?"
I honestly had no idea what to say in this situation because I've never experienced anything like it before
"you're majesty I apologize for my sudden presence and action I just Had To see The creation of the gods"
"Its okay no need to apologize but uhm gods? I don't think I quite understand you there? If it's possible, I'd also Like to Know you're name".
I saw how his face morphed into one of shock
"may I sit with you you're majesty?".
"Yes of course go ahead and sit". I motioned him to sit by patting the Grass in front of me and he did.
"I Apologise once more, You're majesty It was impolite of me not to introduce myself, my name is Grand duke Kaufman and I hail from the kingdom of luipt It is a pleasure to Finally meet You in person".
"Ah it is also a joy to meet you, grand duke, but What was that you said about the god's?".
It's that stunned expression all over again.
"I wouldn't like to say something I am not sure I'm supposed to princess......"
"Its fine, grand duke I wouldn't want to cause you any problems in any way".

"Oh of course Kaufman may I know What you do? It's alright if You don't want to tell me i'm just a bit curious".
He smiled at me briefly

He laughed a little at my slip up which made me smile a little bit knowing I made someone Laugh.
We continued to converse or more accurately, I continued to converse while He listened with minor hums and A few small utterances. But he was A great listener and amazing company, I enjoyed his presence.
We got interrupted as Blythe came rushing towards us out of breath
"Princess I've finally found you I've been looking all over the palace for you Dinner is ready".
"It appears that I must depart, Kuafman but I hope that when we meet again, you will be able to tell me about you're homeland oh! and I appreciate you for taking the time to listen to me".
"Of course princess Until next time then". As I went away, he gave me a small nod and a barely visible smile on his lips.

"Princess it appears the grand duke has taken a liking to you". Blythe said As She was jumped up and down in delight
"None-sense we Just met He is well mannered though but he Said something about gods? Do you know what he meant Blythe?".
Blythe came to a halt in her jumping and Became anxious
"Haha no of course not princess I'm not sure what he meant by that, so let's hurry back The food will get cold come on now". She rushed Up ahead and spoke quickly weird
I speed-walked after Blythe
"Hey Blythe You're walking to fas-"
I didn't finish my sentence as I collided with something or more specifically someone
"Gah!!! oh my gods princess are you alright?" Blythe dashed down the hall, heading straight to me helping me up
"I am quite alright blythe thank you".
When Blythe's saw the girl On the floor, her face changed form concern to disgust
"You're highness that's the runaway slave"
Blythe spoke to me in a hushed tone.
Oh so that's the person who disrespected The Empress
I Looked down at her and Continued walking down the hall acting oblivious to her face of shock
"W-wait I'm rashta his majesty's Lover, Rashta wonders who You are?".
I stared at her before slightly parting my mouth.
