Vianna

~ONE~

Hi everyone this is my very first writing experience so please be kind. I'm just doing this for fun so if you like it then great if you don't then just leave. Thats it :) enjoy the story.

"Vianna get up or you're going to be late for your first day of school." I hear my mom yell from the kitchen. Which is right outside of my bedroom.

I open my eyes and turn off my alarm that was going off. I guess I just didn't hear it. It wasn't that loud.

Here we go. Another year of school.

Let me introduce myself.

My name is Vianna, Vianna Roberts, but everyone calls me V, except my mom. She says 'that's the name i gave you so thats what i'm going to call you.'

Me and my mom live alone. My dad left my mom before I was born. He never wanted anything to do with me.

But when people ask me what happened to him or why he isn't in my life I tell them he went to go get milk and never can back.

I know it's pretty messed up but I think it's funny to see people's faces when I say that.

Moving off the topic of my dad. Me and my mom are doing pretty well by ourselves. We live in a one story house with two bedrooms, so its not much but its what we have and its all we need.

We have a dog named Lucy. She's pretty old, we've had her for as long as I can remember. She's the sweetest thing and I love her so much. She's a yorkie so she's pretty small and sleeps with me at night.

Now you know about me. I should probably start getting ready for school now.

I check my phone and the first thing I see is a text from Ariana. My bestfriend.

Ari: good morning beautiful

Me: good morning gorgeous

Ari: I might need a little more time when you get here so just come in. The door will be unlocked.

Me: okay

I've always picked Ariana up for school since I got my car. Which was on my 16th birthday. My grandmother bought it for me as a birthday gift. She new that my mom couldn't afford to get me one so she did.

I have a 2018 white jeep wrangler and I am so thankful.

I finally get out of bed after scrolling through instagram for about 5 minutes.

It's 7:15am and school starts at 8:30. So I still have a bit of time.

I head to my closet and pick out a leather skirt and a sweatshirt that I tucked into my bra. For shoes I put on some combat boots. I don't want to look like I just rolled out of bed on the first day of school. That's for all the other days.



I shower at night, I just think it's easier so i'm not in a rush in the morning.

After I'm dressed I head to my bathroom. I brush my teeth and do my hair and makeup.

For makeup I just put on some mascara and lip gloss. And for my hair I take it out of the braids I put in last night to protect it. My hair is a medium brown and goes to my mid back.

I grab my lip gloss and put it in my purse. Its just a little black crossbody i carry to hold my phone and other small items like that.

I leave my room and head into the kitchen where my mom is.
