Marry's P.O.V
We're finally at the mall. I don't really know what we're going to do here, are we going to shop or what?
"So what do you wanna do?" Chase asks.
"Umm.. I don't know." I say.
"Do you just wanna stay at the mall and just find a Starbucks here instead of going somewhere else just to get Starbucks cuz there's a lot of traffic?"
"Yeah, good idea." I said. We walked inside the mall. We went to one of the Starbucks in the mall.
We both waited in line. After the random person in front of me gets their order, I was next. I order my drink but before I could pay, Chase pushes my hand away.
"No Marry, I insist." He said.
"Ya sure?" I ask.
"Yeah." He says
"Thank you." I whisper. He then orders his drink.
"I'm going to the bathroom real quick. Can you get my drink when it's ready."
"Sure." he replies.
I walk to the bathroom. I use it, wash up, and walk out. When I went back out, I noticed Chase had our drinks and he was on his phone.
"Hey, I'm back."
"Hey, here's your drink." he said while handing it to me.
"Thanks." I said.
"You're welcome." He said.
"So do you wanna walk around or?" I asked.
"I was thinking of watching a movie." he said
"Yeah, sounds good." I said.
"Here, let me look at the movie times. What movie do you want to watch?" He said
"I was thinking of ' The DUFF'. If that's ok with you." I said
"Ok, let's see. It's on in 30 minutes." he said in a hurry.
"K, let's do this." I said. What was I thinking?!! That kinda made it awkward.....
We both walked out the mall and to the parking garage. We got into his car and drove off.
•20 minutes later•
We're here. We made it just in time. We walked up to the toll booth lady and asked for 2 tickets to 'The DUFF'.
Then all of a sudden that bitchy lady puts a sign up to my face "saying sold out". We walked to Chase's car.
Chase didn't really care, he was just spacing the hole time while I was complaining about that witchy bitch. But I didn't cuss in front of him, I don't want him to think I'm mean. I really wanted to see that movie.
I wave my hand in front of him to stop him from spacing. Then we walked to his car.
"Do you wanna just rent a movie and watch at my place or something?" He asked.
"Sure, but can we watch it at my place. I kinda get shy around your parents and stuff. And, my parents aren't going to be there cuz they left for a business trip or something." I said kinda happily.
"Yeah, let's watch it at your place." He said while driving out of the parking lot.
•10 minutes later•
We got to the Safeway and rented Ouija and The Maze Runner. Then we got some chips and dip, 2 drinks each, and a chocolate or candy bar.
We went to go pay. Then we went back to Chase's car and drove to my house.
•10 minutes later•
We got to my house and he parked in my drive way. We both went into my house and set the food and stuff up.
•5 minutes later•
Time: 7:30
"Which movie do you wanna watch first?" He asked.
"Ouija! But I get scared easily so get ready for a lot of screaming." I said loudly.
"K, Ouija it is. I'll be ready." he said.
"Wait, I'm going to turn the lights on in the hallway upstairs so then I won't be scared when I go to bed. Do you want some blankets or something?" I asked.
"Ya, sure. Thanks." He said
"Kk, be right back." I said as I walked up the stairs. I got two blankets from my room, a stuffed animal, and a pillow. Then I turned on the light in my room and the hallway.
I went down stairs and used the bathroom. Then I laid on the couch staring at the ceiling as Chase turns off the lights in the kitchen and the hallway downstairs. He then sits down where my legs were and puts my legs over his lap.
Chase pressed play for the movie to start and I sat up straight. Then Chase was being a butt cheek and wanted to scare me by screaming like a possessed bitch. He scared the heck out of me!
"Why do you have to be so mean!" I yelled at him while I punched him playfully on the shoulder.
"I'm sorry, I didn't know you'd get scared." he apologized and hugged me.
•A little later•
A scary part came and I tried to hide under the blanket on Chase's chest.
"Don't worry, I'll keep you safe." He said while hugging me.
"I'll always feel safe with you." I said quietly. And we snuggled for the rest of the movie. I laid my head down on Chase's lap and he puts the blanket over me. I closed my eyes and drifted off to sleep.
