EMBRUJAR. ─ the synopsis.
AFTER THEIR HOUSE was set aflame after an accident; the Morales family is forced to retreat from their gloomy manor of loneliness, and wander into town. Encanto was a lively town, full of color and music and dancing - something that the Morales family struggle to get used to. They are used to bleakness with a certain gloominess in the air that lingers. Not knowing how to interact with the town, they stay hidden in their house; rarely leaving. However, the town won't stand for that as they are all very interested in knowing the newcomers.

eden speaking. This book follows the plot of Encanto. This is supposed to be a more lighthearted story about families trying to fix themselves. While there will be some angst here and there, it's mostly going to be more optimistic and positive than most of my stories. Something to note, if you're here, looking to hate on Abuela; I would go some place else. If you hate her, I feel like you completely missed the point of the story. And you completely miss the fact that people can feel regret, and they can change. Generational Trauma is very real, and it's very sad.
warnings. There are barely any warnings at all, but keep in mind that this story will explore; trauma, broken families, isolation, light violence, mention of murder, occasional swearing, but this is mostly a story about healing. But it also will explore the fact that healing takes time - which is where the light angst comes in.
