"Thanks for letting me help out around here" Tiana said and I smiled nodding. We've been hanging out a lot lately, she's really good company.

"Thanks for helping me, I wanted to make Kentrell's birthday really special"

"He's gonna love this" Tiana assured me. I heard Treyvon crying upstairs and sighed. "I'll get him"

"Thanks T" I said before hearing a knock on the door. I opened it seeing Jania and Kacey. "Ari!" Kacey yelled before jumping into my arms. "Hey baby" I hugged him tight.

"Thanks for inviting us" Jania said giving off a small smile. "Well I know Kentrell would want his kids here" I said as Jania walked in the house and I shut the front door. I put Kacey down and he sat on the couch next to Taylin.

"Here you go" Tiana walked down the steps with Treyvon and I saw Jania mean mug her. Tiana handed me Treyvon and I smiled. "Thanks"

"Who's this?" Tiana smiled. "This is Jania, Kentrell's baby mother, Jania this is my friend Tiana" I introduced them. "Nice to meet you" Tiana smiled at her. "Mhm" Jania hummed in response. "Where's the gang?"

"They're out distracting Kentrell, Sherhonda and Teelee are cooking in the kitchen. Oh and Iyanna and Nisha are on their way" I explained while Jania nodded.

I can't believe it's already been a year since I met Kentrell. I feel like everything moved so fast.

"The cake is ready, I'll go pick it up" Tiana said and I nodded. She got a car recently so that's been pretty helpful.

Tiana walked out of the house and Jania gave me a weird look. "What?" I laughed. "You're just letting strangers into your house?" She asked with a little bit of jealousy in her tone. "Nene she's not a stranger-"

"How long have you known her?" Jania cut me off and I chuckled shaking my head. "She's a good kid" I assured Jania before walking away with Treyvon.

I walked into the kitchen and Sherhonda had just finished cooking before I spotted Teelee on her phone. I handed Treyvon to Teelee and walked over to Sherhonda. "Everything smells great" I complimented. "Thanks" she smiled at me.

"What time is it?"

"Four fifteen" Teelee responded and I nodded pulling out my phone. I texted Three that he could start heading over with Kentrell.

"All the decorations are up, I just need to put the music on" I said before hearing the front door open. "We're here!" Yaya practically yelled and I laughed before walking back into the living room. "Hey!" I smiled before hugging her and Nisha. "Hey Kayden" I laughed while he hugged me.
