I unlocked my phone and looked at the text I got from Jania. She gave me her number at the party.

Jania : My flight got canceled

      Me : Oh no- where are you and Kacey right now?

Jania : Sitting in the airport. I don't have a ride because I caught a Taxi here and Kentrell isn't answering his phone

        Me : I'll come and get you

Jania : Are you sure? I don't want to bother you and its pretty icy outside from the snow

        Me : I'm on my way now :)

"Whatchu doing?" Von asked sitting beside me, he put his arm around my shoulder while I turned my phone off and gave him a kiss.

"I gotta go get Jania"

"As in Youngboy baby mama?" He asked and I nodded, "Her and Kacey are stuck at the airport, I won't be gone long"

"Ari, them roads is dangerous right now-"

"Baby I'll be fine" I assured him. "I won't be gone long I promise" I pecked his lips again before standing up, putting my shoes and jacket on, grabbing my keys and I left the house.

"I can't believe you actually came and got us" Jania said after putting her suitcases in the trunk of my car.

She got in the passenger seat and put Kacey on her lap. "I told you it was no problem" I smiled once she put her seatbelt on and I pulled off. "Thank you Ariana, I really do appreciate it"

"You can call me Ari and you're welcome"

"I gotta call a hotel for me and Kacey"

"You want me to take you to Kentrell's house?" I asked and she shook her head no. "We don't really....get along. I just come around so he can see his son" She said honestly.

"Complicated relationship?" I asked and she nodded. "Yeah something like that...I dated Kentrell when I was younger and immature. The only good thing I ever got out of dating him was my son" she smiled looking down at Kacey.

"Wow it was that bad?" I mumbled. "I'm not going to talk down on my baby father, especially not with my son around but lets just say, you live and you learn...mistakes are all apart of growing" she nodded to herself.

"You just gotta say thank you next" I teased and she chuckled. "Exactly Ari, but how are you and Von? At the party you guys seemed like you were really in love"

"Well we've been dating for seven months and I really care about him. he's one of the best boyfriends I've ever had" I assured her.

"When my boyfriend Mac died, I didn't think I would ever love somebody like that again and then I met Von. I can't lie, at first I did judge a book by its cover but after talking and hanging out with him more he wasn't anything I expected" I explained.

"You know Ari, I told myself I would never tell anyone anything about my past anymore because I wouldn't want them to use it against me but you're really easy to talk to. Von is lucky to have someone like you"

"And Kacey is lucky to have you as a mother. I don't know much about you and Kentrell's relationship but I can definitely tell that you've grown as a person"

"See, Ari we gon be good ass friends" she said and I laughed.

"Ok I got a hotel" Jania said walking into the living room and sitting beside Von while Kacey was upstairs sleeping in my room.

"Jania you could've stayed here" I said while drinking a bottle of water.

"Yeah as long as you don't mind Ariana loud ass when I be-"

"That's ok!" Jania got loud while cutting Von off and he laughed while I playfully rolled my eyes. "He's kidding Jania"

"Nah I wasn't but go on" he waved me off while looking at his phone and I put my focus back on Jania.

"My hotel is only twenty minutes away from here"

"Ok we'll I can take you and Kacey in the morning" I said and she nodded.

"Bae what we eating for dinner?"

"That's a great question" I said sitting on the other side of Von.

"Y'all want pizza?" I asked and they both nodded. "Ok we'll order a pizza then-"

"Wassup Top" Von cut me off by getting on the phone and I slapped the back of his head. "Mmcht fuck you do that for?"

"You cut me off" I mean mugged him.

"Mmcht bae I'm sorry, I ain't mean to" he said before putting his focus back on Kentrell. "Y'all tryna hang out tomorrow with me and the gang?"

"Yeah what y'all tryna do?"

"We was finna go to the outlets, shop around and shit" Kentrell said and Von nodded. "Ight we'll meet y'all there"

"Ight we gon be there at like three"

"Ight" Von said before hanging up the phone. "Jania you should go with us"

"I don't think that's a good idea. Plus I gotta try to book another flight home"

"Where do you live?"

"Huston Texas" she said and I nodded. "I had a show there not too long ago"

"Girl I know, the traffic was terrible that day" she said and I chuckled. "Your fans go crazy over you"

"They really do though" I nodded in agreement before catching Von taking a video of me.

"Stoppp" I whined and he laughed saving the video. "You're so annoying" I laughed.

"Ari ima go take a shower" Jania said and I nodded before she walked upstairs.

"You made a new friend" Von teased and I lightly pushed his head away from me before getting on my phone and checking Instagram.

"You posted that video already" I smiled at Vons story and he nodded. "Yeah I gotta show everyone how much I love my girl" he kissed my cheek and I smiled laying in his arms.

He is honestly my happy place.......
