Lets dive-in to find more about our hero and heroine!

Indrajit, 25 years old, six feet tall, chocolate brown orbs, wheatish complexion, muscled up naturally, is a man desirable to every girl around him. He is a fun loving guy who would talk to anyone and make them friends in minutes. He loves all the attention he gets from young girls and reciprocates it in a fun way to enjoy the moment. He has loads of friends in his school and colleges that visit him and his village often. He is a man full of life and has a life goal to fall in love with a girl madly and deeply. He runs his family business in the village though he got many offers out of his village and out of the country. He loves his family and his village more. Despite all the good qualities Indrajit possesses, there is one thing he lacks, patience! He always runs to conclusions.

He is the only son of his mom Ambika and dad Ravindar. His father always points him out on his flaws and that made the natural drift between the father and son when he hit his adolescent age. The natural drift between father and son made the natural bond between mother and son just like in any other family. Ambika is from a wealthy family herself and has a very wealthy brother for her family.

Indrajits dad Ravindar had a sister named Radha, he married her to a very wealthy businessman in Chennai. She was living happily with a beautiful baby girl, Imayal. But their happiness didn't last long as she and her husband died in a fatal car crash. Lost every dime of her fathers hard earned money, Imayal took refuge with Ravindars parents at her twelve years. Ravindars parents, Murugesan and Manickammal live in the same village as Ravindar but in a different house.

Imayal, five feet and three inches tall, wide big eyes with lashes like a hand-fan doing justice to her name, fair like her mother, a little on the chubby side with well developed curves on her body for her 19 years, is a girl who attracts all the eyes on her in her small village. Imayal is a soft spoken girl and an introvert who doesn't like to open up to anyone.

She lost her parents at a very young age and that made her curl up inside her. She doesn't have many friends except for Gayathri and her little twin brothers. Gayathri and Imayal are neighbours, school mates and college mates. The naughty side of Imayal is only for her friend, the happy side of her is only for her grandparents and the soft spoken side is for her family that includes Indrajit. Everyone else in this world gets only the moody gloomy side of her!

She, all her life longed for the love that she missed getting from her parents. Her father Rathnam and her mother Radha showered their love on her until she was 12years and then suddenly one day, she lost everything she had known in her life. Luckily, her grandma and grandpa were wealthy enough to take her under their wings. Though they did everything they could to her, she always felt guilty and as a burden to them. She couldnt enjoy anything that came out of them but it always made her feel like her debt was increasing. She wanted to feel all the love she had lost in a person that belongs to her, Her Husband! Her life partner! And weirdly she thought Indrajit is not that person.

It is the wish of Ravindar and his parents to marry Indrajit and Imayal. Murugesan and Manickammal always tell Imayal that Indrajit is her future husband and though Indrajits parents don't talk to him like that, he is an intelligent guy and knows there is a talk like this in the family. He wanted to get away from this talk as carefully as possible without hurting any of his family members and that is why Indrajit never encourages this talk in his home. Though Indrajit and Imayal live in the same village and often meet in temple and home, they never talk to each other and avoid any chance to be under the same roof. Indrajits studies helped him get away from the village for 6whole years, the exact time Imayal came into the village. Its been a year since he came back from Chennai after finishing his studies and that was the time when Imayal was about to write her 12th standard public exams. Just as they feared, their family tried to put them together.
