Another day, another slay. According to the general studies local onigiri speaking resident, that is. Like any other little gremlin who often finds themself awake late at night unable to garner any sleep, they are dozing off mid lesson.

Consisting of them staring blankly at the board that held numerous equations written out for students to take notes, their eyelids heavy enough to cast a half lidded gaze with a glaze over them. Although seemingly awake, if one took close notice, they'd be able to spot the Inumaki slightly swaying to keep balance to not fall flat against the desk, most importantly; sleep clocked them out long ago.

Impressive really, considering to the rest whom were either lost in the learning or teaching, the teen looked awake with their signature dead stare. Of course, they inwardly said their apologies to their math teacher, Ectoplasm. Only to nod to sleep after the first ten minutes had passed, back slouched back against the chair without a care in the world. Unaware that their seat mate stared in the corner of his eye with faint amusement, wondering how the other teen hadn't been caught unlike others who were dozing off prior.

Onigiri... takoyaki... The Inumaki's thoughts were most definitely sorted by their deepest and darkest desires; their guilty pleasure, food break. To be frank, their priorities are straight. Unlike them, but that's besides the point. As if the world took pity on them, the bell rung, efficiently waking up the half asleep teen that glanced around in confusion, turning up front to look at their panda best friend. "You're in luck, it's lunchtime." Panda interjected their train of thought before they slurred in onigiri speech. "Except this time you'll have to find a seat alone, the principal wanted to see me to understand my... condition?" The panda himself was a tad confused at that, reaching to grab the wrapped bento box his best friend gloomily passed.
