Speed: Immobile (The wings on SCP-070's back are too heavy for the main body to move by himself), likely Peak Human with Subsonic reaction (Has been shown to be able to move by lashing and anchoring the chains to the walls and ceilings and carrying him along, though this has only been shown while SCP-070 was still asleep. Can likely react to bullet fire in order to defend itself)
