Scp-070

Scp-070 appears to be a human male of Native American descent with a normal appearance to save for a pair of rusty metal"wings" emerging from his back. Each wing is composed of several flat iron bars around 6 cm wide connected end to end by rotating rivets to form an articulated length of metal over two meters long. Hanging from these bars are chains or various lengths, twenty two on each wing, each tipped with a barbed arrowhead . Scp-070 appears to have no other anomalous properties besides these wings. Despite their rusted appearance, the wings and chains of Scp-070 are a strong as high-quality alloy steel. However, they are also as dense as steel, and scp-070 cannot move about as a normal human due to the weight of the wings. As yet, Scp-070 spends to much of its time anchored to the walls and ceiling of its containment cell, usually sedated.

Powers and abilities: Super human physical characteristic, Metal manipulation, Chain manipulation (The chains attached to the wings can either lash out at high speeds against any attackers, or wrap themselves around the main body in a defense position), Body control( The wings can fold or expand, as well as control each chain either collectively or independently).

Attack potency: Wall level( The chains can pierce into solid reinforced concrete)

Speed: Immobile( The wings of scp-070 back are too heavy for the main body to move by himself), likely Peak human with Sub Sonic reactions( Has been shown to be able to move by lashing and anchoring the chains to the walls and ceiling and carrying him along, though this has only been shown while scp-070 was still asleep. Can likely react to bullets fire in order to defend itself).

Intelligence: Average, is able to recite his own name and social security number to the researchers: his wings are able to react to threatening situation institutionally.

Weakness: Cannot move by himself, and his wings seem to act independent of him and without his consent. Can be ensured and stopped by non-lethal weaponry, such as sticky foam guns.
