"The wind was as cold as it is now. There was a young man, a bounty hunter, returning from a terrifying trip. He held his axes up high, covered in the blood of his prey. He had light blond hair and dark blue eyes."

"You see, he was working a job but not any job. He was to save someone from a spider-like creature. Normally, he would just pass but something about the quest seemed off. He accepted and, like a genius, got payed in advance for accepting it. Sadly, the rest only when he finishes."

"Just accept the quest, they said. It won't take you long, they said." Our hunter was sitting down by a fire, trying to stay warm while thinking of a plan. He sighed, knowing that this was dangerous work for him. His father was a hunter too so he knew how to defend himself while being on the offense. He sat down next to the fire, staring into it's memorizing blaze, getting lost in his own world until he heard a twig broke. This broke the hypnotism the fire had on the young hunter and he turned around, his twin axes ,which he called Deverous, now twin pistols. "Come out already. I know your here!" He called out, pointing Deverous in all directions. "

"Alright Alright, just don't shoot." The voice responded. Recognizing the voice, he prayed to God that it wasn't who he thought it was. Unfortunately, it was the hunter's younger brother. "What are you doing up here?! Mom will kill you and so will Father. That being if I don't kill you first!"  "I have a reason, brother. You forgot this." The younger brother held up the hunter's special dust. The hunter gasped and started checking Deverous and sure enough, his pistols weren't loaded with dust. "Thank you, brother. That was...very thoughtful of you. Does mom or dad know your here?" The hunter asked but already knew the answer. Before the younger brother could answer, a weird silk-like substance shot out of nowhere and hit his brother, trapping him against a tree, unable to talk."

"The hunter wielded Deverous once more and stood infront of the younger brother, protecting him as more silk-like bullets shot at his directions. Using the dust his brother gave him, Deverous became enchanted with a hard ice like substance as he cut up the silk that came at him. The hunter didn't stop and turned his weapon from axe to pistols as he returned fire at the direction. This kept up until no more silk was being shot this way. The hunter cut his brother down and gave him one of his axes. "Hold onto this and if you something, shoot it. You have to watch my back." He said before leading them."

"As they reached the creature, they saw something....strange about it. "Hey brother, it's fake!" The younger one proclaimed. The 'creature' was just a metal suit that could hold someone inside of it. The legs were also metal and the mouth, which was now covered with ice, had two gauntlets inside of its mouth. "Whoever did this...they knew what they were doing. They just weren't expecting a hunter like me to come in." The hunter took another step forward and saw something shiny before picking it up. He examined it and when he pocketed it, he told his brother to head back into town."

"A few days went on before the hunter and his brother finally made it back. It was mid-afternoon as the hunter made it back, the mayor and it's townspeople already were waiting. The blacksmith, the one who put up the request, came out to him. "Did you kill whatever was kidnapping and killing our people?" The blacksmith had asked the hunter. At this time, the blacksmith's apprentice came out to watch.  "Indeed, I have. The spider was a fake, forged of the utter most precious  metals, one a master blacksmith could craft." Everyone gasped as they all turned and looked at the Blacksmith. "I-I did no such thing! I've been busy making a brand new weapon for my apprentice."  "I know and I know you didn't do it. It was the blacksmith's apprentice!" The hunter proclaimed as he pointed Deverous at the young man."

".....your right. It was me! I was tired of being treated like a child and never having time to show off my stuff! My master pieces!" The apprentice took the hammer that his master gave him and changed it into an machine gun, shooting at the hunter. Everyone ran to take cover while the blacksmith ran into his shop. The brothers wielded Deverous and kept returning fire but it was outmatched to the machine gun. Out of nowhere, the blacksmith tossed a shield at the hunter, something he caught and used to protect himself. The apprentice then turned his machine gun to fire but he fell to the ground. From behind, the younger brother managed to get a shot off  from Deverous. "Nice job, younger brother." The hunter told the younger brother. The hunter walked over before knocking out the apprentice.

"As the mayor took the apprentice away, the blacksmith walked up to him and asked, "How did you know it was the apprentice?" The hunter pulled out a coin that had a small black dot on it. "This. When I came here and you gave me this, I saw your apprentice. We talked for abit and I gave him a coin with a black dot. I gave everyone who was a suspect something that I would be able to recognize in case that person was it. I'm just lucky that I was right." "Well, thank you...um, I don't believe I got your name."

"My name? My name is Randall Silvermoon. I'm a hunter who goes to Beacon. This is my younger brother Silas. He will be going to Beacon." Randall said before Silas nodded.  The blacksmith walked over to the younger brother and said, "Here Silas. I don't need this shield. It's a ring and taping it will turn it into a shield. Good luck, young hunters." That was the last time they saw that town." Silas wrote in his journal as his plane was approaching. Silas was about to go to Beacon after 2 years from his journey with his brother. His brother already finished his training at Beacon and now, it was Silas' turn. "Let's get started."
