I woke up early to help get supplies and set up for my little brother Antonio's ceremony today. Run out of my room and started banging on Camilos door. "Camilo! Wake up it's Antonio's big day!" I yell through the door to him. I see my mom Pepa running through the house with a storm cloud above her head. "Casita get me to my mom!" I say.
When I slide down to her I immediately try to relax her. "Mamá, the ceremony will go great. Antonio will get his gift alright, just take deep breaths." I say doing a calming breathing exercise with her. Once the storm cloud cleared and the skys were clear I went back to go help set up decorations.
"Camilo we need another José." Abuela says as José was trying to put up a banner but kept dropping the other side. "Joséééé" Camilo says as he transformed into José and grabbed the otherside.
"Y/n!" Abuela says. "I need you to go find Antonio before Pepa finds out he is missing." "Right away Abuela!" I say. "But before you go, get all this dirt out of here I want this place to be clean for the ceremony." She says as she turns and leaves. I swirl all the dust and dirt into a ball and took it all outside where it belongs. "Now to find Antonio." I say. I head up to Mirabels room because that's where Antonio is staying right now till he gets his room tonight. "So, you going to come out or am I going to have to join you under the bed?" I ask out loud. "Alright then." I say crawling under the bed next to my youngest brother Antonio. "Everyone's looking for you you know." I say. "I know." He says. "Come on, we'll be there for you not matter what happens today Antonio." Casita let's us know it tome and we head down for the ceremony.
