He found you and you found him.
Ronin was in Tokyo killing people and you were held hostage, he saved you and you fought but something felt off. It wasn't something you had felt in a while. Love.
Its about 9am and you get an alert from Jarvis to go downstairs and into a meeting, you open your eyes to see Clint asleep with his arms wrapped around you.
"Clint...wake up." He groans then slowly wakes up.
Clint-"morning." You smile at each other then he walks into his room and you both get dressed and walk into the meeting.
Tony- "Ah finally, you both are here." You both sit down and then Tony starts the meeting.
He starts to talk about the mission coming up but you zone out thinking about what had happened last night when Clint found out about you self harming. For a moment you didn't realise about half of the avengers saying your name until Tony said your pet name. Shadow. You immediately looked at him and stood up, then grabbed him by the throat and held him against the wall.

"Do not ever call me again or Iron man wont be existing for much longer." You drop him and walk off leaving everyone in shock.
Fury-"Well at least we know what she will do if we piss her off."
Nat-"what the fuck did she just do and how did you piss her off with one word?"
Steve-"Language." Nat glares at him then turns her head back to Tony who was rubbing his neck.
Fury-"well what just happened is that Tony here, used her old trigger word."
Steve-"trigger word? Like Bucky?"
Fury-"no. She was trained by Rumlow and his squad when they were secretly hydra agents. They never answered by their names only made up ones from him. Y/n's was Shadow which is code for when she went on a mission to assassinate someone." Steve looked at Clint and they gave each other a worried look.
Tony-"we read through her files to show how many people she has killed and what they did to her. It wasn't pretty." Nat shook her head in disbelief.
Fury-"Even though they were under my supervision they manged to find ways to sneak off during missions or do something with Hydra, they would take her there, knock her out and try to get information out of her. They threatened to kill her family and she said that she couldnt put her family in danger so she told them the things they wanted to know." Their faces were full of shock and horror.
Fury-"After they tried to raid our base and hack into it, they went and killed her family." She was already in hide out and they sent her an anonymous video of them all being killed. By this time she came back to get revenge and thats when I sent her out to get information on Ronin."
Clint-"And thats when she got shot, then she came back here to get it fixed and thats when she joined the avengers." Fury nods then they look at the screen to show them what their mission is. They were listening but couldnt fully pay attention due to the information they had been told. The meeting had finally finished and they were just sat there thinking about tac tics and what they were going to do.
Steve-"What about Y/n?"
Fury-"She's waiting on the jet." They look out the window to see you sitting on a bench of the jet checking the weapons and equipment. They all get ready for the mission and walk onto the jet, you all sit down and you look at Fury and nod.
"So you all know my secret then." They look down and you start to laugh which makes them look up at you.
"Guys... god you lot are so funny. I asked Fury to set this whole thing with me.. the file, the back story the whole thing.
Nat-"So non of it is true?" You turn and look at her.
"oh... no all of it is true I just wanted to lighten the mood up for you guys as I know how people react to hearing it for the first time." Their faces were pure shock that the whole thing was to get Fury to tell them about your past and for the rest of the ride you all discussed where you were going to go and who you were gonna be partnered with.
Tony and Steve, Thor and Bruce, You and Clint, Wanda and Nat then Peter and Vision. You were really happy that you could be pared with Clint as he understood you and helped you.
You were both hands on in minutes of stepping off the jet and you were both making your way to your post which was on top of a building, you were climbing the stairs and keep a look out when you could see the view. Clint knew that you were being reminded so he pulled you away and you clicked back into focus and you both got onto the top of the building, fighting and protecting one another.
After about half an hour of fighting on the roof top a load of guards rush you both making you run and knock half of them down before going to help Clint. You both are fighting them when one comes up behind you and punches you making you take a few seconds to recover before stabbing him.
Clint-"You ok?" You nod and then go back to fighting. After a little bit you start to feel dizzy and faint, You start to stumble knowing why you feel like this. However, Clint notices and asks if your ok but you cant hear him, you start seeing black dots and just after someone comes behind and throws you off the building.
Clint-"Y/NNNNN!!!" Clint runs over and shoots you with the grappling hook arrow, making you swing in the air. Clint goes onto comms and tells the others about the situation he is in.
Tony-"Clint hold her there I'm on my way over." Clint anxiously tries his hardest to keep you their whilst keeping the guards away. Then he slips and the hook breaks making you fall hundreds of feet. Tony suddenly swoops in and catches you making Clint sigh in relief before killing the rest and making his way over to the jet.
When he gets on he rushes over to you, to see Tony and Bruce doing tests and blood work to see what is wrong.
Clint-"any news?" Tony shakes his head then is about to roll up your sleeve when Clint stops him.
Tony-"Clint I need to do blood work." Clint sighs.
Clint-"I'm sorry but you cant." Tony looks at him confused.
Tony-"what do you mean? why?" Clint sighs again and hesitantly lifts up your sleeve, instantly regretting it as he know you will be mad.
Tony-"Jarvis when was the last time Y/N ate and what is her mental state?"
Jarvis-"The last time she ate was 3 1/2 days ago and her mental state isn't good sir."
tony-"shit, She's malnourished and I'm guessing she passed out because she hasn't eaten, guys where gonna need to tell Fury." Just then the others walked in and saw Clint crying for the first time and Bruce and Tony rushing around.
Nat-"guys? Whats happened?" Clint points over to you.
Steve-"oh god." Nat speeds over to Clint and comforts him whilst Steve walks over to Tony.
Steve-"what happened Tony?"
Tony-"were gonna have a meeting so I will tell you then Cap with everyone else, we need to get back so is anyone else injured?" Steve shakes his head and starts to set off in the jet.
