Theodore Avington is the Prince of the town of Coalchester. You'd think being a prince is like living a fairy tale from a storybook, but it's actually far from it for Theodore.
His life had been planned out for him even before he was born. His parents, the King and Queen, had made an agreement with the neighboring kingdom of Tarrin, that both their firstborns would marry and unite the two towns. Turns out that both their first child's were male and happened to be born seven years apart. However, it seemed to not matter to either kingdoms considering the agreement would still continue, and would take place the day the youngest of the two, Theodore, had turned eighteen.
Now sixteen-years-old, all Theodore wishes is to be free and live life like all the other kids he sees around the castle. All his life he has spent training and shaping up to be the perfect husband for when he's old enough to marry. His everyday is planned down to the minute, and he has an eye on him every second, correcting his every move. He can't even use the wrong foot when bowing without being scolded. It's like he's being suffocated by being kept inside the castle walls.
His life takes a dangerous turn when he notices two boys being thrown in the dungeon for stealing from the royal. Theodore decides that this could be the little excitement in his life and decides to investigate further. He soon finds out that these two boys are apart of a gang of thieves, who only get by from stealing. Theodore realizes that maybe this is what he was looking for. This was his opportunity to be free from all his duties. He ends up making a deal with the two that says that if he gets them out, they'll take him and his only best friend with them. Although, Theodore must remain undercover so nobody can identify him as the prince.
Little did Theodore know, this gang happens to have a hardheaded, dangerous, yet undeniably handsome leader that would end up shaking up his entire world. He can't help but hate his attitude when he first meets him—I mean, who would like a moody asshole? But maybe, just maybe, Theodore is able to see a side a of this so-called 'dangerous' gang leader, that nobody has seen before. He's willing to show Theodore the freedom that he's always longed for, and maybe Theodore is willing to show him something he's never had in return.
But good things must always come to an end, right? What happens when Theodore's fiancé, the Prince of Tarrin, is putting up rewards for whoever can find his runaway love? How will things turn out for Theodore when he's hiding his true identity from the people who thought they could trust him?
"I'm just a Prince who's stuck in his castle."
"I'm just a Pauper who's stuck in reality."

The summary is bad, but I promise the story will be better!
Also, I know some of the things in this story aren't actually the way they are in real life, but this is a fictional story so things will be different. Just keep that in mind, please.
Love you :)
