"Manik Malhotra you are gone now" She mumbled fuming in anger, she walked to her room dialling his number

"Yes" She heard his husky voice from other she felt something churned in her tummy just listening his voice, he had that much effect on he, She just took a long breath

"What yes, you forget me already to be husband" Nandini taunted him as she gritted her teeth angrily

"Nandini what happened now?" Manik replied frowning a little hearing her angry voice

"Manik did you forget we have to do practice for our sangeet" Nandini Asked him growling in anger Manik sighed and leaned back on his chair

"Nandini I'm attending an important meeting, and you are asking me about dance practice" He replied her sarcastically Nandini huffed at his answer

"Manik you said you will take a break from work till our wedding, And you know i wanted to enjoy every function of our wedding together" Nandini reminded him sitting on bed as sadness took over her face

"Nandini it was an important meeting, after this I'm free, you want to dance so you can practice with someone else for a sometime, I'll be back in sometime " Manik told her and Aman came inside his cabin before knocking with some papers he signed the papers holding the phone with his shoulder pressed it on his ear still talking to her

While Nandini fumed at his casual behaviour then she smirked thinking about something

"Okay Fine, I'll dance with that choreographer, Even he is kind of hot, i especially wore a crop top so you can feel my skin under you hand while dancing but, that okay! I'll dance with that hot guy" She told him playing her care trying to be innocent smirk plastered on her face

While manik halted his work listening her words as his eyes darkened, he held the phone properly and signal Aman to leave with the gesture of his two fingers

"Nandini don't Eve-" He Sternly Was saying before he could finish Nandini cutted him in between

"It's okay! You can do your work I won't disturb you again bye baby" She told him in her honey coated voice and disconnect the call and giggled at her acting

"Now Manik Malhotra will be here like a speed of light" She mumbled to herself flapping her hair at her back proudly

It's not that she doesn't care for him or his business but she want him to enjoy his wedding they will be left with memories only she want him to be with her in all their happy moments so he don't regret it later

While at office manik scowled in anger, at her behaviour, he knew she is doing it purposely so he can spend time with her Even he wanted to run towards her, but this sudden meeting came in between, he can't Even cancel this deal it's important deal for him, He sighed and pushed the vase in anger

"Sir are you okay" Aman asked barging inside in his cabin worriedly listening the sounds Manik shot him a glare he looked at him nervously

"When are the kapoor's coming for meeting" he asked coming in his bossy mode again,

"Sir the they are reaching in 10 minutes and the conference room is ready too" Aman told him

"Make them comfortable I'm going to attend this meeting from my car on a video call , you are going to show them the design and everything, and I'll do the presentation understood" Manik announced sternly, getting up from his chair, Aman nodded in yes nervously

"It's an emergency, I have to leave, Aman don't be nervous you have done this before too" Manik clarified looking at his face, While wearing his coat and tapped his shoulder, and left from there!
