Family Reunion

Chapter 1

(Inner thoughts)

-Moon POV-
"Hey babe is everything ready. " I asked Zeke.
" yea everything is ready. Just need to get the kids." He says still sleepy.
" Cool ok where is Bex?, I haven't seen her in a while. " I asked.
" oh she's on the roof. Every since she grew her tails she can't stop climbing up there. It's like her new home." he answered giggling at his own thoughts.
" Hahaha, ok u go get her and I'll get Matthew. Meet you back here in 5. " I say.
" Sure thing. Don't be to long bae, we have a long trip ahead of us. " he says walking around to get Bex off her "home".
"It will only be a sec. " I replied with a mocking tone.

So I go into the house I see Matthew cleaning his weapon like his going to battle. I smile proudly at him before walking over to over the help him with his shirt.
" Hey let me help you. " I start to fix his shirt when he asks me.
" hey ma why do we have to go to grandma and grandpa's house? Why can't we come with you guys?" He asked with glassy eyes holding back tears.
" oh baby I'm sorry but you guys can't come with us. It might be dangerous and Ur dad and I wouldn't want you two to get hurt. " I wipe his face as the tears start to fall.
" ok ma, don't worry I will protect Bex until you come back. I won't let her get hurt. " he fixes his poster trying to look brave and strong.
" Ik you will sweetie, mama love u, u k that r. " I say opening my arms to hug him.
" I love u to ma." He says as he hugged me back.
We go on to go outside and wait for Bex and Zeke.
— Zeke's POV—
" Sure thing. Don't be to long bae, we have a long trip ahead of us." I says walking around to get Bex off her "home". (These crazy kids)

"It will only be a sec. " She replied with a mocking tone.
I roll my eyes laughing at her tone. Thinking how much I love her and our life together here.
" Bex where are you lil one. " I yell up for her waiting for her response.
" Up here dad!!" She laughs looking down at me from the roof top.
" Come down Lil one. It time to go. "
" ok dad I'm coming. " She starts to swing from a tree above the house and climbs down. She jumps into my arms. I caught her laughing at how much she is like her mom when she got her wings.
" u ready to go. " I asked
" yea I'm ready dad. " she says fixing her hair.
We walk around the house and see Moon getting Matthew into the carriage as our maids load their over night bags.
I load Bex into the carriage next to her brother " ok Bex there u go. Now both of you behave. I don't want to come back bc of bad behavior. Do u hear me. "
" yes dad." they say in unison.
—Moon POV—
I laughs at my loves tone with our kids. We hug the kids and kiss them goodbye. We stay outside and watch for a lil while. Before we load our things to go on to our destination.
(Let's hope that that this is a safe mission this is not the best time for a long trip from home. I am in no shape for a battle. For not only me sake. )
