why does nobody seem to care? (Camilo angst)

A little recap of the last chapter

"Out of nowhere someone barged in on Camilo and saw the glass everywhere, and how Camilo was hurt, their first instinct was to head over to Camilo and hug him, they asked what happened Camilo didn't give a response, and with that, they just walked Camilo to the bathroom, they bandaged up his hand and tried asking again, but still no response..."

Camilo's POV
(This is Camilo's pov of what happened in the last chapter)

I was staring at my hand 'admiring' what I had done, when all of the sudden I heard someone barge in, I moved my head to the right in shock only to reveal it was Mirabel.

Mirabel then rushed over to me and hugged me asking all sorts of questions, the main ones being "are you alright?!" "What happened?!?", I didn't reply to any of them, I didn't feel like talking.

Mirabel's POV

I had asked all sorts of questions to Camilo, none of them he answered. '
"Hey, Camilo I'm gonna take you to the bathroom to take the glass shards out of your hand and bandage up it up.." I said, all Camilo did was stare at me then nodded. That made me more concerned than I already was. He didn't seem like himself...

Camilo's POV

Mirabel walked me to the bathroom and took out the glass shards from my hand as well as bandaged it. I was about to leave when Mirabel told me in a slight sad/worried tone "Are you sure your gonna be alright Camilo..? Please just answer.." I didn't know how to respond, I wanted to tell her the truth but at the same time I didn't want to put my issues and problems on to her..plus she would go straight to Abuela to ask for 'help/advice.

I chose to not respond, l could see Mirabel become more worried than she already was that I hadn't responded.

"I'm heading to my room to get some sleep.." I said to Mirabel, she nodded and let me leave the bathroom.

When I was at the door of my room, I slowly opened the door to find the mirror wasn't broken anymore. I didn't mind it much (surprisingly) it was probably cause I hadn't slept much in the last few days, and with that, I walk to my bed and fell asleep immediately not expecting the problems/drama that would come tomorrow...
