*Greysons pov* its 4pm on the Sunday before we all go back to school. The girl in my room, Anastasia, hasn't left the room since she came. I wanted to ask her to meet some of my friends but she only just got here so i thought id wait, I don't want to scare her off. She has a British accent, it makes her pronounce things differently and she calls pants "trousers" its weird, but to her its normal I guess.
I think im going to ask her if she wants to meet with me and some of my friends later, I think they'll like her. She's been her for 2-3 days and we've spoke quite a bit, unless im out obviously. I don't think she likes talking a lot because ive started most of the conversations. I notice that she has now got her uniform as i can see it hanging off her drawers. After 30 minutes of debating in my head I ask her if she wants to meet some of my friends, she said yes and asked what time and I told her at 6:00pm and by the big oak tree out back.
*Anastasia's pov* I lie in my bed reading when I see movement from the corner of my eye, I look over and see Greyson walking over to me. I shift in my bed so im sitting up.
"I'm meeting some friends later, I was wondering if you wanted to come?" i keep eye contact hoping to read the emotion but nothing.
"uh, yeah sure. when?" I say mirroring his emotion
"6 by the big oak tree out back"
its 5:45 so I start getting ready, I grab a loose jumper, a pleated skirt, some tights and my leather boots (the outfit in the photo) By the time im ready its a few minutes past 6 so I grab my phone and my mini purse with the essentials in.
Where the fuck is this "oak tree".
When get there I already see a few people there, one of them being Greyson. I walk over hoping that he would see me so im not standing there awkwardly. Thankfully he does and he walks a few steps to meet me.
"Hey"
"hey" I reply trying to hide how awkward this feels. There's 3 boys and 1 girl, 2 including me. The girl walks over and hugs me, im not going to lie I wasn't expecting a hug.
"hi, your Anastasia right? i'm Isabelle but people call me Izz or whatever I don't mind" I love her smile it seems so genuine, how does she know my name though?
The other boys notice the change of location and start walking over
The blonde steps forward first and introduces himself. His name's Asher. He nudges the brunette boy next to him and makes him slightly jolt forward.
"shitbag" I slightly laugh and he stares at me, after a second or 2 he starts laughing too.
"sorry, im Lorenzo"
"Anastasia "
"yeah, I know."
I frown slightly but Ignore what he said and my attention is taken by the next boy.
"im Nico, do you smoke?"
"straight to the point I see, and it depend who's asking"
"i'll take that as a yes, you'll fit in perfectly because look what we have" he holds out a small bag of weed. Exactly what I need thank god.
We all sit by the tree leaning on the fence that is behind it, Nico has a few joints already made.
"shit, sorry guys I forgot the lighters"
"your in luck, I got some in here" I drop my bag from my shoulder and grab 2 lighters out and dangling them in the air.
"here you go"
"can I marry you?" I hear Lorenzo say before grabbing a lighter and lighting the joint.
"not if I get to her first" izz winks at me before leaning on my shoulder.
*50 minutes later*
around 50 minutes and 5 joints later Asher has and idea to either play truth or dare or spin the bottle, they all votes spin the bottle but with a twist so I agree. Rules are, spin the bottle, if it lands on someone and you refuse to kiss them you take a shot of vodka.
"you go first, ash" izz says with a slight smirk on her face, he spins the bottle and eventually it lands on Nico.
"No" they both say at the same time making us all laugh. They take their shots and now its Izzs' turn. She spins the bottle and we all wait to see who it lands on. 2 seconds later it lands on me.
"do you want to?" izz questions.
"sure, why not" I reply giggling a little after.
We both clumsily stand and she walks over to me, we look at each other, smiling, before leaning in and kissing, I not going to lie I didn't mind it and the kiss lasted longer than I expected. We pull away and sit back down. The boys look beyond shocked.
"what, have you never seen 2 girls kiss or something?" they clear their throat and decide they should end the game.
"you two seemed like you liked that" I turn and see Asher staring.
"it was just a kiss, ash" I reply in a duh tone
"hmm"
After quite a long group talk, i don't know if you can even call it that, we decide to go to bed. We all say goodbye to izz as she has to walk the opposite direction to the girls' dorms. Lorenzo and Nico go into their dorm and then Asher goes to his. Which leaves me and Greyson walking to our dorm. We don't talk so its silent, mostly because its like 11 something and we're already supposed to be in our dorms. But this silence is different, its comfortable.
We get back and I go into the bathroom to have a shower, do my skincare routine and get into my pyjamas. I get back to the room and lie on my bed and stare at the ceiling.
"Are you gay?"
"no"
"ok" I look over to him and he is also staring at the ceiling like he's trying to figure something out.
"goodnight Anastasia "
"goodnight Grey"
