Y/N POV

I nervously got out of bed, nervous about going to see Sun again after last time. You know, because he fucking locked me in a panic room? But anyways, I sat in bed a minute longer than usual before scraping myself out of bed to go take a shower. My dumbass forgot sweet, sweet bitter wake up juice while dashing out the door, realizing it wasn't a quick minute, but rather 5. I started my car, and headed to the Mega Pizza Plex. I shuffled in, tired as I realized I forgot my coffee, and was greeted by the same cheer I got yesterday.

👤 "Good morning Y/N!"
😪 "Good morning P/N"
👤 "Not so awake right now I'm assuming?"
😪 "No and I forgot my wake up juice at home."
👤 "I'm sorry to hear. I'm sure Sun will wake you up some!"

I kinda froze and went dead silent. The thought of Sun kinda scared me after yesterday. I'm sure I can explain to him not to do that. Or maybe he's realized his wrong? I have no clue. Wait I need to respond.

😖 "U-uh yeah.."
👤 "Well you best get to it! And I got this from the boss. He thought I was a little stressed but I think you need it a little more."

They handed me a little stretchy noodle thing

😄 "O-oh. Thank you!"
👤 "No problem! I hope your day gets better Y/N."

I headed to the daycare, messing with the noodle. I scanned my card, but it just beeped at me. I tried again..

It had only been two tries, but I was already fed up so I went to my bosses office. I knocked and heard a little come in.

😀 "Hey there boss! My cards acting up a bit. It's saying it isn't valid, or something like that I think."
👔 "Oh. Well let me go check it out."

We walked back to the huge garage like door and he tried to scan my card, and once again, it only beeped attem. He radioed P/N on the Faz watch.

👔 "Hey P/N could you come over with the emergency Daycare pass I gave you?"
👤 "Of course! Oh I had a question on why you gave it to me. What's it for?"
👔 "It's for when shit kinda hits the fan in the daycare and no one happens to be there to help, but you. (Totally not for plot convince)"
👤 "Oh, alright! I'll head to the daycare section now!"
👔 "Thank you."

He turned to me

👔 "We're gonna see if it's the door or your card. Has it been on anything magnetic? Or has it been scraped on the back?"

I flipped around the card and inspected if anything happened to it, reflecting it in the light before giving my answer.

🤔 "No, it doesn't look to be tampered with. And I don't put magnets around my cards."
👔 "Hmm. Well I guess we'll see if it's the card or the scanner."
🤔 "Guess we'll have to."

After a few minutes, P/N came to the meeting spot.

👤 "So before I scan this, why don't you have a card for it?"
👔 "..Good point, but I leave my wallet in a secretive place after being stolen and I never bothered to grab it."
👤 "Fair enough (and totally not plot convince)."
