Chapter 2: After centuries of oblivion

Back on Cybertron, Gallard and Soundwave kept studying carefully the pictures and its hieroglyphs, they were capable to reconstruct completly some of them and by extension reconstruct the story of the 14th Prime: Strong and brave but t the same time caring and beloved by all cybertronians who saw her as a demi-goddess, she was raised by the original Primes however there was still much to reconstruct.

"Definetly she was a very important figure for Cybertron" Gallard commented

Soundwave nodded as he started to show the other pictures where she was represented guardian the core of the planet and also guardian the rest of the lower levels of the planet, always vigilant and ready to defend.

Gallard then said "I guess that explains why she's less present in pictures from other times of the history of the planet" paused and then said "She became isolated because of her resposabilities"

While Gallard and Soundwave kept digitally reconstructing the each picture, Megatron and Optimus kept going deeper and deeper on the lower levels of the planet leaving small hanging lamps to lighten and then scan the pictures they came across with, they had to be cautious for the time made the way somewhat unsafe, the structures became fragile in the aftermath of the war not to mention turbofoxes and scraplets roamed the place.

Megatron became tired and annoyed after walking for a long while "How deep is this place?!" then he exclaimed "This place must have a bottom!"

Optimus replied, however calmed "I'm certain we must be close of that bottom"

They kept walking placing the lamps but along with the pictures, ventilation ducts that were a bit more wider than the ones they saw before. At first they thought they were built to release a bigger amount of gas from the core but these made more echo than the others so if the 14th Prime used to lived in beneath the cities, she still was capable to hear the bustle from the surface as means to make that loneliness bareable. This brought memories to Optimus from the times of his youth, when he and Megatron heard a voice singing comming from one of the ventilation ducts and to hear it better they got closer to the ducts, they heard it clear and they thought that voice was so melodious at the point that it was almost mesmerizing. He could hear it in his head as if he had just litsented yesterday.

He didn't knew why he remembered that part of the song so clearly and so suddendly, it wasn't until Megatron called to him to make sure he didn't stood behind that Optimus snapped out of it.

"Your lights cover more of the way ahead of us than mine, so try to keep up with my pace" He sounded a bit impatient

"Right" He replid and started to follow his pace

Megatron asked when he noticed that there was something off with him "What has gotten into you?"

"Nothing, really" Optimus replied

Tho it felt like if something or rather someone called to him. Back on earth, Juban's museum was exhibiting a new discovery: Archeologists found a large heart-shaped piece of jewelry that was quite old, it was found in the sea that divided Japan from China and after the studies that were realized to it, it was put on display. The moment Chiyo saw this on the front page of the newspaper it was incredible for she knew to well what it really was, the all-spark prism.

She went to the museum after leaving Chibi-Chibi on her school, it was extraordinary to see something she helped to create after such a long time, she only managed to say a word in a low voice tone "Unreal..."

"They brought it out of the depths of the sea two months ago or so, archeologists theorize that it was a gift from China to Japan during the Edo period" A female voice commented while Chiyo turned to see who it was

When she turned around she saw a woman of her same height but with white skin and a long purple hair, it was Hera - also known as Sailor Milky Way-, the sailor guardian of the celestial river and who was able to see past, present and future in the primordial waters of it. If she was there then something big was about to take place.

Chiyo asked nervous "What did you saw on the waters?"

Hera responded calmed "I guess something similar to your dreams, darkness rebirthing like a dark phoenix with frightening wings"

The prism was found and it could mean one thing "You think it could be Unicron?" she asked

Hera's look had an affirmative anwser but then she said " But a phoenix of light will be reborn of the ashes, it will bring the darkness to an end and build a bridge between two worlds" her voice sounded soothing and confident

Chiyo wanted to know more of what she saw and the meaning of everything, what effect it would have for the universe and the sailor guardians but Hera said she'll have to live to find out.
