Chapter 5: Field Trip (2nd part)

One of the advantages of the alliance between Autobots and Decepticons was that the information was shared and had a better flow between them, ever since the war ended for both factions. Megatron and Optimus talked about the event about the energy orb asking him to look for the All-Spark prism, both were confused since they never heard the name of such relic, it confused Optimus even more because when he was a data clerk there were no records of such thing.

"Perhaps Soundwave and Gallard could help us on this matter" Megatron said

Both went with Soundwave and Gallard, they had managed to decifer part of the hieroglyphs and pictures; both kept working with a bit of help of Arachne and Knockout, who also were studying about the sudden shockwave of energy on Japan, four heads are better than two after all.

Arachne stopped to rest her optics, Knockout asked "Is everything alright, spidey?"

She nodded "I just need to rest my eyes" Then she says " I might need a bit of energon and fresh air"

Gallard asked "Anything you could discover or understand from the hieroglyphs?"

"Not much, really" Arachne replied "Some of the hieroglyphs belong to a very old Cybertronian dialect, I don't know it very well"

Gallard nodded in understanding then she asked "What about the shockwave of energy, anything there?"

Arachne responded "At 10 am in Japan, an energy pulse simply ...well woke up, if we want to compare this with something i'd say it was kinda like a heart-beat" She paused then showed a data pad to them "as you can see at least around 3 blocks from where it happend, the human technology shows ancient cybertronian symbols, some that are the ones we try to decifer"

Gallard then said "Guess we'll have more work to do"

Arachne nodded then replied to her "Indeed" she scratch her head a little as she saw the symbols, then continued explaining "As for the shockwave of energy, i think it might have been caused for a relic, it must be a relic that is just as powerfull as the star saber or the matrix"

Soundwave and Gallard decided that it would be better to inform Megatron and Optimus about it, there could be some sort of connection, for their luck they didn't had to look for them. They started to explain to them about the event of the shockwave energy and that it could have been caused by a relic, Optimus told them about the orb of energy that asked to find the All-Spark prism. Then all started to piece together, it was possible that the all-spark prism was in Japan, now they had to make a plan.

"what is thee bidding, my lord?" Arachne asked inquisitively

The brothers looked at eachother knowing they had the same idea; split up and search, Optimus went to assamble a team to look for more information of the all-spark prism on Cybertron, Ratched asked

"Are you sure about this, Optimus?" then he turned to see the team

"I am, Ratchet" he responded, the team was conformed by Scorpia, Ultra Magnus, Bulkhead and Bumblebee. Optimus then said "Autobots, you have 10 minutes to prepare since we shall be leaving soon"

A ground bridge was activated and the autobots were on their way to Cybertron, were destiny would give them more questions than awnsers. On the other side, Megatron ordered Arachne, Knockout, Breakdown and Gallard for a mision.

"Arachne, Gallard, you and your team will investigate the origin of this pulse and if this relic is there retrieve it and come back to base"Megatron ordered

Arachne responded "As you wish, Lord Megatron"

Arachne and Gallard went for Knockout, Breakdown and Shellhell, before leaving Gallard was a little worried and wanted to stay for days she felt that something would go wrong, Megatron noticed this and asked

"My love, is everything ok?"

"Yes my spark" she replied trying to appear well, tho her voice let a subtle tone of fear out that he noticed so she started to explain "I had a dream where Unicron ki-" she stopped and broke in tears, but he hugged her close to him

Remembering how Unicron hurted and used Megatron, the mech she loved so much, always brought pain to Gallard and Megatron could not stand to see her sad specially when he was the cause of her sadness.

On a soothing tone of voice he said "It was just that, a bad dream" he caressed the back of her head with care and devotion

Gallard replied with a bit of calm "I just dont want to loose you"

He held her cheek sweetly as he looked into her optics " You wont loose me, i promise you that" then he kissed her cheek

Shortly after, Gallard went to reunite with the team to go to Japan, i belive it is fair to say between siblings one can notice when the other isnt doing well and Knockout noticed that. Gallard planned to be the one in charge but she didn't look good to take command.

He propused " why don't we have our lovely eight legged comrade handle this part?"

Gallard wanted to argue about it but Knockout's glare said that it would be better until she was more composed so she limited herself to nod in agreement. A ground bridge was open and the decepticons were on their way to Juban's museum were they'll meet the guardians of planet earth.

Soon everyone's destinies would cross, just like Hera forsaw.
