Okay!! No comments... [erm, awkward, much? ], but I already asked people, and they answered,
[1] No, I don't look at people by how much money they have. That's just wrong. In that scenario, I'd approach either, I guess.
[2] ... The hobo? I don't know! I don't really know what to say, I guess... Hm. Maybe the hobo, and not the rich person. The rich person would probably have like, hecka friends anyway.
[3] The homeless person. Rich people have it all already...
Ahh, so okay. Here's MY OPINION: To me, money doesn't really affect my outlook on someone. I mean, of course if there's someone hanging out on the streets and someone in a nice restuarant... okay, yeah, maybe I'd rather talk to the people in the restuartant. But I have a reason, naturally. Some people on the street have some... issues, I guess you could say. AND IM NOT BEING MEAN!! D: They're usually out there because their lives' have probably taken a sad downfall. :(
But that doesn't mean they still shouldn't have a chance of being talked to by other people. It's just... usually people shun people on the streets, which is hekka jacked :/
I mean, I would talk to them, but then there's that whole ' stranger danger ' I believe in... Ah. I wouldn't talk to someone in a restuarant either, if I didn't know them. Psht. Money won't make me talk to you xD

Friends are niiiiiiiiice... especially if they help you look in the juicy Lost&&Found for lost items... but then ditch you to go pee xD

Can't really give a scenario for this one... This all depends on what you guys think of what a true friend is. :)
