It doesn't mean that when that person doesn't suit you they aren't also suited for someone else. People have both red and green flags it's just how you decide how you react to things and how the people around you will take it.

With Tacenda's story line:

Chaennie (red flag to each other) given that they both love each other in both timelines, Jennie still took advantage of Chaeyoung's love when they were still trainees while the latter on present time forces herself or somehow manipulated Jennie to like her instead of telling the truth sooner.

Chaesoo (green flag as friends) ever since trainee days until Chaeyoung became a red flag to Jisoo when she used her to fill Jennie's void in her life.

Jenlisa (green flags to each other in general) because of their care for each other but both red flags to Chaesoo because they always act impulsively when their emotions are high.

Chaelisa (green flag as friends) but eventually became a red flag to each other when Chaeyoung left and they develop hate to each other.

Jisoo a green flag friend to all of them because of her selfless personality, motherly nature and unbiased relationship to everyone. Some may think that she's a red flag because she chose Chaeyoung over the two but if you'll look at the bigger picture, Jisoo just made a decision based from what she think is right. She could have done it too for Jennie and Lisa but she chose to be with the person that needed her the most.

Lisa a red flag friend to Jennie because of being a dictator kind of friend due to her over protective nature but then proven to be a green flag friend to Chaeyoung because in spite of everything that transpired between them she still acknowledges their friendship.

Jennie a low-key mix of green and red flag, she had her influence with the three that either brought out the good or the worst within them. Although the story mostly showed her red flags, she was the first character to recognized her own red flags and overcome it herself rather than just letting the people around her deal with it.

Chaeyoung was also a mix of green and red flag, the story showed that she was completely aware of herself but unlike Jennie, Chaeyoung didn't try to do something about it until it was too late and somehow made her victim card as an excuse to be entitled of doing what she likes in the present time.

Fun Fact: The green and red overlay on the AU and character posters will make sense if you'll focus on the people inside, those are my representation of who were the green and red flags in this story.
