"Chaeyoung can I trust you?" Jennie asked nonchalantly watching Hyeri's figure talking to the security team assigned to guard the CEO's house by the window.

The blonde just looks at her feeling the comforts of her classic designer sofa by the end of her still messy bed. "Of course."

The idol turns around and sit on her lap as if there's no available space beside her. "I think this is the time that I tell you my stand with deception, I don't trust people easily Chaeyoung."

Completely aware that the idol is staring at her intently she turned her gaze from their intertwined fingers to her brown eyes to show her that she's listening.

"What happened a while ago really took me by surprise and thank God it's not true." The older woman dramatically emphasized her last words as she caresses the blonde's cheek. "I don't want to be mad at you please don't break my trust."

That's what Chaeyoung remembered before Jennie left the day Jisoo arrived and she swears that she will not going to do that and there's no way for her to even think about it. She really loves her and she will do everything just to keep the idol for herself.

...even against her best friend.

The blonde averted her eyes to the two women smiling to each other as they try on different sunglasses. The feline-eyed idol smack Jisoo's shoulder lightly assuming that her raven haired friend manages to crack a joke again making the idol's cheeks more prominent. Chaeyoung wanted to make Jennie laugh too the way she always does. Ever since the two met, the idol unbelievably click with her and she always laugh with whatever the actress says, like everything that comes out from Jisoo's mouth is a joke. Although, she also loves watching them, somehow the scene in front of her brought her back to those nights when they used to go on small bazaars and check a lot of stuffs together.

The CEO was invited to an exclusive opening of a luxury showroom and she thought of tagging the two along with her. She decided to join them in time when Jennie move to the other side of the place that displays different eyewear accessories.

This is so useless.

The idol thought while examining each fashion chain straps hanging on various modern contemporary mannequins.

"I'm not like you who buys a Rolls-Royce just because it has a 'R' logo that stands for my name, Roseanne."

She overheard Jisoo rebutted when Chaeyoung ask her to buy the hundred thousand dollars specs with a letter J engraved on it. Jennie just laugh and shook her head and let the two bicker on each other then continue to look around. Maybe, if it weren't for Jisoo the feline-eyed woman wouldn't understand why Chaeyoung likes to spend a lot of her money like she doesn't care where it goes.

Speaking of the raven haired woman, they found out that they actually have similar interests that they become friends in an instant. Jennie also learn quite a lot of things about Chaeyoung based from her stories like that her English name was Roseanne and she spent her teenage years in Australia.

"Of course you're Jisoo, it's J." Jisoo just rolled her eyes and just go to the next section away from the CEO.

"Is there anything you like to buy vixen?" Now Chaeyoung's attention is zeroed to her and she's gradually becoming an annoying chipmunk. But instead of the usual irritating lady boss, Jennie find this side of her rather cute now.

Roaming around, the idol can't believe how some items cost so much than their use and Jennie is not fond of expensive useless stuffs unless it's for fashion.

"A lot of things here worth a year of my career. If I can't afford it, I'm probably in the wrong place for shopping."
"No, you're with me. You're safe." Jennie's mouth just went agape with the blonde's answer. That's exactly what she meant when she said that Chaeyoung doesn't really care where her money goes.
