I swear my jaw had hit the floor.

Was I hearing it right?

"What?" I blurted out although I heard her quite well.

She gave me an awkward smile and repeated herself.

No way in this universe can this be a coincidence.

Taehyung mentioned about her just last night and now she's literally standing in front of me.

"Are you okay?" She gently nudged my shoulder.
"U-uh yes, I'm Y/N nice to meet you" She smiled.

This entire situation was crazy to me. I wanted to ask her so bad, to confirm if she's the one Taehyung talked about.

But I couldn't.

I didn't want to come off as rude. Maybe I was just overthinking or maybe what I was thinking was correct.

But this is definitely not the time to confirm it.

"Y/N, can I have a tour?" "Sure"

Although she was sweet, it was awkward between us. Or maybe it was me making things awkward in my head.

"... And this is my favourite place to sit" I released a deep breath I didn't even know I was holding back.

"Wow, this place is so beautiful. Such a peaceful workspace!" She exclaimed.

I didn't smile.

Why? I don't even know.

"Hey, is everything fine? Did I say something wrong?" She asked, slightly worried. "Uh- no no it's nothing. I just don't feel good"

"You should rest then, I can do your work for today"
"No no Hera please, I can do my work"
"I'm sure you can but you don't feel well, plus I'll have some experience too right?"
She winked at me.

Maybe she isn't bad.

I smiled and nodded.

I see her work the entire time and not gonna lie she did a pretty good job.

"Thank you" I smiled to her again.

"No worries! Can we have coffee together?"

I had no mood to have coffee with her. It's nothing related to Taehyung. I just wanted to be left alone for a while.

"Um Hera why don't we have coffee some other day? I need to get back home"

She nodded "fine, no worries!"

I was about to walk away but she grabbed my wrist.

"Hey, um can I go to your house with you?"

That question caught me off guard. I know she doesn't seem like a bad person yet but I can't take her home. I don't even know her properly.

"Hera, actually I have work to complete so I don't think that's a good idea"

Her face went pale like she really wanted to come with me.

For a moment I felt bad for rejecting her but then again. I. Don't. Know. Her.

She's still a stranger to me.

I flashed an apologetic smile and walked back home.

But the her thoughts clouded my mind the entire time.
