Yes, love is hard but you know what's harder? Living alone in a complete different country.

I'm Y/N. I'm going to South Korea for completing my studies. My parents live in the US and so did I, well not until my dad decided to send me back to Korea.
Although my mom protested, it didn't really help much.

And that's how the real struggle began.

How to find a house with a roommate?

"Mom! I need a housemate please. Do you know how scary it is to live alone?! What if a headless creature shows up in my room while I'm sleeping?" I whisper-yelled through the phone.
"Y/N stop with those nonsense, I'm trying hard to find a house okay-"

"Excuse me ma'am, the plane is about to take off, please turn off your phone" The flight attendant politely requested while I mumbled a soft 'sorry' and hung up.

This will be hard.

"Finally!!" I streched and observed the familiar surrounding.

Yes, I lived in Korea before ; several memories which I wouldn't want to recall. Several people whom I didn't wanna meet.

A call interrupted my mental picture.
"Yes mom?" "Y/N listen carefully, I'm sending you an address go there and talk to Mr. Park, he'll guide you to your house and don't worry you'll not be living alone" I heaved a sigh of relief and cut the call.

Mr. Park is one of the most trusted worker under my father. He has been working for my father's company since I was a child. He and I shared a great bond until the day I had to move out.
He's still working for the company but in Korea.

I missed him for sure.

"Y/N!" He called out in his shaky, raspy voice. His hands trembled as he slowly caressed my cheeks with tears in his eyes. I teared up too.

"I missed you Mr. Park" "You've grown up so well dear" I hugged him tightly.

He always reminded me of my grandfather and probably that's why I loved him so much.

Well, I guess it won't be that bad. Or so I thought.
