Ananya pov

I am getting inside my car as today is my first day in the hospital and i don't wanna be late ''all the best ananya'' my mom said standing near the door as i drove of to hospital.

After few minutes of driving my car i got stuck in traffic but the signal is green, ''Anna why everyone is stuck in the traffic ?'' I asked a person who is near me ''some accident happened there'' as he said that my doctor self rushed me to go and check the patient

I pushed through the crowd and saw as lady in her 50's lying on the road blood flowing from her head. I immediately went near her and check her pulse, for god's sake she is alive and i asked the people if they called ambulance and they answered me that they have called her son from her phone and called the ambulance too but the ambulance didn't arrive yet

So i asked some of them to bring her to my car and i speed up my car to the hospital after reaching there i admitted her and the doctors in_charge took her to ICU

I was waiting outside the ward hoping for her well

Dhruv pov

As i answered the phone someone said that my mom met with an accident it took me few seconds to come out of my thoughts and react

After i pull myself together i quickly wear my clothes and rushed to my car not bothering to inform anyone i was driving very fast but this damn traffic is irritating me

My eyes are in pool of tears i couldn't think anything properly all i could do is praying to god for my mom's life. 'Mom please don't leave me' this is the word i was saying in my mind like it is a chant

Ananya pov

Its been 20 minutes that lady was taken inside ICU suddenly a nurse came outside and said ''Mam we need A+ blood immediately'' luckily i am A+ so she took me to blood transfer

Even if i am a doctor i am sometimes afraid of needles ( a/n - just like me 😅 ) as she is going to inject me i turned my head to the other side

she took the blood and gave me a juice to regain my blood level and i came out of the room

Dhruv pov

I got informed that my mom was taken to the hospital nearby i quickly went inside the hospital and asked the receptionist for my mom barely controlling the falling tear from my eyes

''Sir your mom is in ICU and she is the one who admitted your mom'' she saud pointing a girl who came out from a room as i got the clear look of her face it is non other then the arrogant girl My anger took over me And i rushed to the girl

I pulled her hand and ''WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY MOM? YOU TRY TO ACCIDENT MY SISTER AND NOW YOU ADMIT MY MOM HERE'' i shouted at her

Ananya pov

As i came out of the blood donating room pressing the place where they pierced my skin someone pulled my hand and ''WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY MOM? YOU TRY TO ACCIDENT MY SISTER AND NOW YOU ADMIT MY MOM HERE'' shouted at me. What the hell? I pulled my hand and i look his face he is the same idiot guy

I was about to say something but the doctor came outside and she said ''she is out of danger you can meet her after she is shifted to the normal ward '' i sighed in relief it is my first day at work and i don't want someone to die today at least infront of me

That idiot hear that and sigh in relief and i didn't shout at him because i think this lady is really close to him that is why he acted that way and let it slide

I got late to my work because of this accident but my chief understand me and said that i did a good job 

I started my first day at work with a happy mood

Dhruv pov

After the doctor said my mom is fine i felt like my whole world strated to look bright as i remembered that girl i look at the place where she was but she is not there 'so you ran away?' I thought and ask the receptionist about the girls information

She said she is a doctor in this hospital who joined recently and she gave blood to my mom so i let it go as she saved my mom but a part of my mind said that i misunderstood her but i shrug those thoughts and inform my dad and sneha

After sometime my mom was shifted to normal ward and i am holding her hand ''please mom wake up soon'' my tears fell on her, soon my dad came there with sneha ''what happened dhruv ?'' I explained everything but i didn't say about the girl

As we were discussing about mom's condition with doctor my mom woke up ''vikram'' as soon as those word came out of her mouth my dad rushed towards her and ask her so many questions as if 'does it hurt anywhere?' Or 'are you okay?' And i went near my mom ''mom why did you scare me ?'' I asked her with breaking voice , my mom opened her arms and i hugged her carefully to not to hurt her and i let out my tears

''Shhhh dhruv don't cry calm down'' my mom patted my back ''i am not going anywhere i still have a lot to see like your marriage your child so how could you except me to leave so soon'' my mom said casually

''Don't joke around mom and take rest'' i said in a commanding voice wiping my tears after that sneha and dad are speaking with mom while i am paying the bills and buying medicines

If i think about how dad reacted when he saw mom in that condition and how mom said my dad name after she woke up Its making me jealous of their bond and their love for each other UNLIKE  MINE ............💔
