While Mady is at Disney Camp, Elsa, Optimus, and Ruby are toy-napped by a private toy collector. Woody, Buzz, and their new friend Jessie and the others now must head off to find them, and bring them home before Mady gets home.
The man drove into the city, and headed inside his apartment complex. He was smiling to himself.
"It's gonna be okay," said Optimus to the girls.
With the toys.....
Diana had been introduced to the toys, and she watched them doing a crime scene. Lighting was the car, and Ham was arguing with Gordon and Potato Head about which way the car went, and Boris walked across to them. "Guys, this is getting us no where!"
Just then, Diana heard something, and she looked to see Buzz with Mr. Spell. Woody was pacing back and forth, while Jessie was comforting Bullseye. Buzz put in the letters LZTYBRN.
"Buzz, what are you doing?" asked Diana.
"That license plate had a code on it. I'm trying to see if it could have a connection."
"Come on guys," said James, as he turned to sketch the sketch pad, "Draw the man."
Sketch did, and James said, "Let's not bother Buzz's playtime with his toys."
Woody then stopped, "Toy, toy, toy, TOY TOY!!!"
Woody then said, "Buzz, let me try!"
He then typed in some letters, and it read, "Al's Toy Barn."
Diana picked up the feather, and said, "Sketch, draw him in a chicken suit!"
Sketch did, and it showed Al. Everyone gasped.
"AUGH!!! IT'S THE CHICKEN MAN!!!" exclaimed Henry.
"Now we know who took them," said Jessie, "How do we find them?"
Mater then thought of something. "Ain't there a commercial?" he asked.
With Al....
"Okay, one more Take, but that's it!" Al hung up, and looked at Ruby, Optimus and Elsa in the case, and said, "Oh, you and your friends are going to make me big b-b-b-bucks!!" Al then left, and headed to the toy shop. Optimus, Elsa and Ruby all left their stands, and headed to the window. They looked down, and saw that they were up at least 20 stories up.
"Mady," said Elsa. Ruby then noticed a vent, and decided to try that.
Ruby tried to open it, along with Optimus, and Elsa, but a sound was heard, and they looked back to see a glass case open. Just then, Elsa was tackled, and licked by a reindeer toy.
"Sven, that enough." The figure looked down at Elsa, and Elsa saw a pair of blue eyes, and red hair in pig tails, with a black and blue dress and a light pink cape.

"Elsa?" The other doll then hugged, and she said, "It's so good to finally meet you!!!"
"I'm sorry, who are you?" asked Ruby.
The other doll then cried, "GUYS, COME ON OUT!!! THEY'RE HERE!!!"
Soon, from each case came a single figure came from each case.
